Just a short little drabble-type fic that I wrote today on the spur of the moment. Strangely enough, the song Sex On Fire inspired this, although I'm not quite sure how it happened.
Disclaimer: I do not own Ezio Auditore da Firenze, he belongs to Ubisoft. As for Leonardo Da Vinci, he belonged to himself as far as I'm aware.
The blazing sun beat down on the young, fresh-faced noble as he stood on a rooftop facing the beautiful Pallazza Della Signoria, idly watching the world go by.
Ezio was somewhat intrigued by the view in front of his eyes. The Pallazza itself was truly breathtaking, but he wasn't paying too much attention to the building. It was the people. People were so interesting to watch. There were regular, normal people going about their day, wandering around aimlessly, some innocent, some not so. Ezio was keeping his eyes peeled as the hoards of people passed his line of sight. He was looking for somebody in particular. Must look out for that damned red hat...
He continued to be a voyeur, stood there with one hand placed on his hip, the other used to wipe the sweat from his brow. Hard work doing nothing, he thought to himself with a smirk.
Suddenly he found himself fixated on one particular person. There was a young man, walking hurriedly, his flowing red cape blowing behind him in the slight breeze as he stepped. He had dark hair, mostly hidden under his red hat, and a happy, carefree look spread across his very dainty and slightly feminine facial features.
"Leonardo da Vinci. Spettacolo per gli occhi."
Leonardo carried on walking through the square, completely oblivious of the younger man staring down at him. Ezio decided to follow him, suddenly intrigued by where he might be going. He made his way down the side of the building, his feet touching the ground just as Leonardo walked past that particular building. As Leonardo passed him, Ezio took a second to admire his target from behind. Rubbing his chin lazily, he grinned, a million unspeakable thoughts running through his mind.
He followed Leonardo through the streets of Firenze for almost ten minutes, becoming slightly amused at the fact that he hadn't been caught out yet. The two of them arrived at Leonardo's workshop where Ezio stopped, leaning against the wall casually as the teenage Auditore waited for Leonardo to notice he was being stalked. But he didn't notice. Leonardo stopped at the front door, reaching forward for the handle and turning it, taking a step into his comfortable home.
Not wanting his journey to be in vain, Ezio practically leaped forward, pushing almost fiercely at the door as Leonardo went to close it behind him. The loud banging sound of Ezio's hand against the wood of the door made the soft-spoken painter jump in fright, and he let out a scream.
Leonardo yanked at the door handle to pull the door open again, raising his eyebrows in confusion and surprise as he saw Ezio standing there, a grin on his face as he attempted to look cool.
"Ezio!" Leonardo hissed, poking his head out of the doorway and looking out into the street to see if anybody was watching. "What are you doing here?"
"Ti voglio da morire," Ezio purred, stepping forward and placing a hand on Leonardo's chest, gently pushing him back into his workshop, following him inside.
The young artist didn't even have the time to find the right words, only managing a small chuckle to escape his mouth before Ezio leaned in and pressed his lips to Leonardo's, slipping an arm around the older man's waist as he kicked the workshop door shut behind them.
For those who were curious...
Spettacolo per gli occhi basically means "sight for sore eyes". Ti voglio da morire is "I want you so bad", although I can imagine you figured that out on your own ;)
Thanks for reading, you beautiful people you! Hope you enjoyed.
