Schmoop Bingo prompt: Hot Coco

It was a typical day for Minato.

There was school, then hanging out with friends, maybe picking up supplies and a trip to his favorite place at night. He snorted slightly. But he had to go to the Velvet Room first. In his recent trip during the dark hour, he picked up some new Personas. He was curious on what new fusions he could make and putting them into the Compendium.

He slipped into the room and into his familiar chair. He looked straight ahead at Igor and the old man looked right back at him. Elizabeth stood him…waiting. He won't lie. Sometimes, they creep the hell out of him.

"Good evening, what can we do for you today?" Elizabeth said.

"Just looking at some new fusions and add some to the Compendium."

Elizabeth smiled slightly and nodded her head.

"Fine idea. I can ask something of you. Just a small request."

Uh oh…..Elizabeth's requests left him in some very strange situations. Having to explain them was just as fun and having to get out of them even funnier. He sighed to himself.

He had a slight problem of saying no when he needed too.

"What is it?"

"I have been smelling a strange aroma from the outside world. I have been making a list," Elizabeth said as she pulled a scroll. He watched unravel to the ground and rolled across the floor. She has been busy with this.

"It isn't coffee or any alcoholic substance. Or any bakery item…or candy. It wasn't cats, cars, dogs, cleaning substances, or…."

"Elizabeth…."

"or any food stuffing that I can think of."

"Elizabeth….."

"It definitely doesn't smell like those cigarettes either."

"Elizabeth!"

She tilted her head and stared at him. Igor was just sitting there….chuckling.

Bastard.

"Describe the aroma to me."

"I recall the odor of cinnamon and something else. It was sweet smelling…"

He frowned for a moment. There were a lot of coffees with cinnamon in it. But she said that it wasn't coffee. She probably had no clue what a latte is. He didn't want to explain it.

The coffee shop did sell hot chocolate and tea. Just give it a shot.

"Tea? Hot chocolate?"

She tilted her head.

"I request that you bring both to me. So, I may try them. I will reward you greatly."

He sighed as he nodded his head.

At least, this one was painless.

He slipped out of his chair and out of the Velvet Room. He went to the café and ordered a tea and hot chocolate. Few minutes later, he returned to the Velvet Room. He handed the tea to her first. She took small sips and frowned.

"This wasn't it."

He sighed and handed her the hot chocolate. She took one sip and started to smile.

"Yes…Yes…this is it. The warm milk mixed with this semi-sweet substance makes me feel warm and content. This whip topping only adds to this wonderful dessert. Yes…Thank you."

He smiled as she continued to drink the hot chocolate. She kept rambling on and on about the wonders of hot chocolate.

Who would have thought that Elizabeth would be a chocolate lover?
