Authors Note- Probably the worst I've done yet but it just popped in my head and I haven't written anything in a while so...yeah. I would like reviews if you've got the time though, even if it doesn't deserve them.
How to Train Your Dragon
Stoick's POV
Stoick asked himself this many times on the way to the nest.
Why didn't he kill the dragon right away?
Was it because it was a rare Night Fury that no one had ever seen before?
That didn't seem right.
At first it had been because he was too furious with his son to do it. That wasn't a bad reason.
But then again- vikings kill things when they're mad. They kill things when everything has gone wrong.
So that couldn't have been the reason.
But then, when they finally found the nest (or rather the dragon got them there) he thought it was because it was fate- that he, Stoick the Vast, was supposed to have this dragon magically fall into his hands and take them to the nest where they would finally end the war.
But then that monster appeared… it couldn't have been fate.
But now as he grabbed his son, saving him from drowning, did he honestly know why.
His son never begged. His son had never pleaded to him before.
Please don't hurt him! Please don't hurt him!
Hiccup had been close to tears and his voice was pleading and scared for the beast.
Hiccup hid all his hurt inside him and made comebacks with sarcastic remarks.
He didn't beg.
That is why he didn't kill the dragon.
Was it okay? I think it's pretty bad but what do you think?
