"I'll miss you!" I said, my face buried deep in his chest, my hands grabbing fistfuls of the shirt he was wearing, never wanting to let go, never wanting to be apart from him again. I loved his smell, I knew I would miss him like crazy...

"I already miss you, Kura." I heard him, his breath on my ear. I raised my eyes and looked straight his, they always remembered me color of chocolate, always so deep I felt like he could strip my soul and know all my secrets with just one look.

"Promise to write, and call okay?" I said, a little exasperated. "Every night!"

Why did we had to part? I know he needs to go back, but I always feel empty when he leaves.

"I always do." He leaned down, and as he did I closed my eyes and reached for his lips, and as we shared our last kiss I felt one of his hands on my jeans pocket, but I did not cared, not at that exact moment…

As we stopped he leaned in and whispered in my ear:

"Read it only when I'm gone. I love you." He gave me one last - and breath taking - hug and finally left.

I watched him go, he only looked back once, gave me my favorite smile and winked.

The moment I saw his back disappear I snatched the note from my pocket and read.

And on contrary to what the cynics say, distance is not for the fearful, it is for the bold. It's for those who are willing to spend a lot of time alone in exchange for a little time with the one they love. It's for those knowing a good thing when they see it, even if they don't see it nearly enough.

You're my good thing, you're the one I love. And I am willing to wait a lifetime just to spend a moment with you.

I made this little drabble 'cause I wanted to write something for CSS and i come across this text, that Syaoran wrote to Sak, and I got a little inspiration - if you can call being inspirited and write this few lines... oh well... hope you guys enjoyed and...
