Dang, I've got a lot of ideas for Harvest Moon stories... I think I oughta tourture y'all with 'em for a while... *insert evil laugh emoticon here*
So I (along with quite a few others, I'm sure) was pretty dissapointed that there was only one scene you can have with just you and Jamie, and even then it's not a romantic scene. SO I wanted to see what it'd be like if Jamie had heart events/could go to festivals with you... I might write some more if this one's okay enough... ^^
SO, you've seen my disclaimers in the past, I don't own Harvest Moon, I just own 9 of the games (soon to be 10 if I have enough money to buy Animal Parade).
And on that note, enjoy! :D
"Oh, um… Hi, Jamie! Um… What are you doing here?" Jamie's never been one for… Social interaction. As a matter of fact, he despises just about everyone in the world. So you'd better believe that I'm shocked to see him standing here in front of my door, arms crossed defensively, glaring at me with those icy blue eyes.
"Don't play stupid," he snaps. "I know what you're up to."
I admit, I have trouble understanding him sometimes. Such a time as now, for example. "…Huh?"
"You really think I'm dumb? I understand what you're trying to do; you're giving me jam and farm produce every day, always asking me how I'm doing when we both know that you could care less."
"But I do-"
"You're trying to soften me up so I'll let you beat me! So you can be the better farmer, and so you'll save the Goddess before I can." He scoffs and folds his arms under his poncho. "Well, it won't work on me! Maybe you can play this game of affection, but it's a game that two can play at!"
Before I can react, he pulls out a bundle from under his poncho and hands it to me. Feeling it in my hands, I realize that it's…
"Wool." His frown sets deeper into his face. "It must be very valuable to you since you don't have a sheep." True, I was needing some wool so I could make a sweater for winter to go mining in. When I look up to thank him, however, he's already walking away.
"Oh, and do me a favor," he calls over his shoulder. "Stop bringing me gifts and leave me alone!"
As he walks out of sight, I look down at the wool again and, despite myself, I smile. "I'll keep that in mind."
Oh c'mon. You know it would've gone SOMETHING like that. XD
So thanks for reading! And of course any reviews are open. I love feedback ^^
