~ DracoHermione ~

Consider yourself accio'd, Granger.

"Give. Me. That. Book!" Hermione growled, in a way that sounded much like Ron when there was too much distance between him, and Mrs. Weasley's famous treacle pie. She grabbed furiously at the book in the pale hands of her worst nightmare.

Her worst nightmare: Draco Malfoy, Head Boy.

"Uh, uh, Granger." He clucked his tongue, all proper like. Her eyes narrowed in on his fingers tearing the binding, slightly. Another growl escaped her lips. His smirk widened, considerably. "Wouldn't want to bring a torn book back to Madame Pince, would you? It would be a real shame to see you get kicked out of the library for good..."

She hadn't missed the blatant threat. "Accio book!"

His grip tightened, "Gonna have to do better than that, Granger."

"Accio - "

"Not this again," he shook his head, in mock disappointment.

" - Wand!"

Oh, shite.

He watched in terror as her wand zoomed into her hands, and she smiled, satisfied.

His worst nightmare: Hermione Granger, with a wand in her hands.

"Now give it here, Malfoy," she said, calmly, knowing she had the upperhand in this. "And there will be no need for hexing."

He only held onto the book tighter.

"Malfoy," she warned.

He didn't give in.

"1...2.. - " When she saw his fingers on the cover slip slightly, she smiled. "Accio book!"

The book landed, safely, into her hands. Victory!

"No!" He shouted, refusing to be defeated. He watched her retreating back as she ran towards the staircase to her room... Barely thinking at all, he screeched, "Accio Granger!"

"What the - !" She screamed as she was pulled down the staircase, and flew into noneother than, Malfoy.

He groaned in pain as she landed on top of him. Not one of his better ideas. "Get off me, Granger."

Hermione opened her eyes, fearfully.

Yup, she was right on top of him.

Wait...right on top of him?

EW!

She jumped away, immediately, at this realisation.

He struggled to sit up, and saw her panic-stricken face. He smirked. "Accio book!"

The book flew out of her hands, she groaned as he lifted the book above his head, yet again.

"Consider yourself accio'd, Granger."
