Twas Another Supernatural Night Before Christmas

Twas another-night before Christmas, in a seedy-motel

At the end of a day fighting creatures from hell.

But Sammy and Dean weren't drinking a toast

Or wrapping up presents or preparing a roast

Instead they were busy pouring over the lore

For a fierce, evil creature they'd met once before

They recognized signs in Dad's journal that night

And readied themselves for one-hellova-fight.

Soon Dean was bleeding a deep gash in his head

Whilst most folks were sleeping safe home in their beds

Sam knelt beside him; cradled him tight

As he lay in the snow that cold Christmas night.
