The Open Arms Motel turned out to be not nearly as cheesy as the Journey song. The sidewalks in front of the one-story brick buildings were clean and all the trim was neatly painted eggshell white. Both brothers were exhausted—and filthy.
"Not bad for our price range," Sam yawned, putting his duffel bag down on the bed nearest the door.
"Hold on there, Princess!" Dean snagged the bag and tossed it on the room's other bed. "You know damn well I'll be sleeping here."
Sam smiled affectionately and moved past him to the bathroom. "Nothing gets by you, Columbo."
