The occupants of the ARC looked up as Abby ran into the main room screaming.

"What is it this time?" Lester asked looking bored.

"I- I- uh-"

"You caught them again didn't you?" Danny couldn't help laughing. She glared at him.

"They're at work!"

Sarah stifled a giggle. Lester rolled his eyes at the general absurdity of it all.

"Lester, do something about them please."

As he went up the ramp to his office they distinctly heard him chuckle. Moments after he disappeared, the loudspeaker came on, a distinctly bored tone in the MD's voice.

"Attention people. Calling Connor Temple and Captain Becker to the main room. Cease and desist whatever it is you're doing and save it for after work. However odd it is, this is still an office. When we say 'Get a Room' we do not mean the locker room. That is all."

Danny guffawed and Sarah giggled as Abby went red.

Ten minutes later Connor and Becker stumbled into the room. Well, Connor stumbled in looking distinctly ruffled and very red in the face. Becker didn't look very different than he usually did.

Their colleagues managed to hold their laughter in for about five seconds before it spilled out. If it was possible, Connor blushed even deeper, his ears now going pink. Becker shot him an amused, affectionate look, and very pointedly caressed Connor's bottom. Abby seemed to snap.

Becker's nonchalance seemed to be annoying Abby. In her opinion he should have been as embarrassed as Connor. She started ranting at such a speed, it was difficult to actually define individual words. The gist however was plain; Do What You Want, Just Not Where I Have To See It Please.

Becker then did something truly abominable. He started laughing.

She just yelled louder.

The loudspeaker crackled into life. "Abigail, please refrain from shouting. You are giving me a headache."

"Don't you start!" she yelled in the general direction of Lester's office.

"Get over it already. Everyone present knows you're only getting so worked up because you're still sore Temple left you for a man."

That took the wind out of her sails. She sputtered and tried to get back into the rant but failed.

Out of the corner of his eye Danny noticed Connor and Becker sidling towards Connor's office. He nudged Sarah, pointing subtly at them. She repressed her snigger.

Having failed to get her brain working Abby stalked off down the corridor.

Everyone in the building, and undoubtedly the surrounding buildings, heard the screech.

"CONNOR!"
