Red hair, green eyes, snowy skin. Three things Neji loved about the one he loved. A stoic expression on his face, amusement unhidden in his eyes, a smirk playing on his lips. Gaara was perfect. He was beautiful beyond compare; his beauty rivaled even Neji's beauty. Together they were perfect.
Neji watched the little redhead sleep beside him, smiling gently and moving his crimson hair out of what would be green eyes if they were open. 'How can you be so beautiful? How can you be so wonderful? You're practically perfect- no, you are perfect.' Gaara shifted in his sleep, turning his head so his hair moved from the scar of long ago on his forehead. Neji smiled at this, moving and brushing his lips over the scar, eyes closed.
Gaara leant into the touch, sighing deeply in his sleep. Neji chuckled softly, kissing it again before laying back down to pull the slightly younger boy into his arms. Gaara's arms immediately went around his neck in a tight hug and he pushed his body against Neji's, skin against skin.
"I love you." Neji muttered, kissing the sleeping boys lips softly. Green eyes slowly blinked open, looking at Neji owlishly as he awoke, so vulnerable Neji just had to protect him.
"I love you too." Gaara yawned, and then slowly smiled. "Morning."
"Good morning Beautiful." Neji smiled, and Gaara scowled slightly.
"Not beautiful. And you sound like that song." Gaara retorted. "How cliché." Neji snickered, leaning in and kissing the unsuspecting teen on the lips.
"So what? You like it." Neji smirked, and Gaara rolled his eyes but did not deny it. "Just like you like me." Gaara rolled his eyes yet again.
"Whatever you say, cocky asshole." Neji laughed outright, hugging the slightly smiling boy tighter.
"I Love you."
