Disclaimer: Victorious is not owned by me, Dan Schneider has made that very clear.
She's so broken,
She's stuck herself back together with tape,
With staples,
Temporary measures.
Just to keep her stationary.
She's Frankenstein's monster,
Just with no bolts,
Scars on the inside,
But she can hide them there,
No one knows she's parts of everyone else.
That there's so many people inside her.
In her head.
She gets hurt so easily,
She expects it,
She deserves it,
It's true, you know,
Everything they say about her.
She's not right,
She's not whole.
Have you heard?
Look at her hair.
There's something wrong with that girl.
She lives somewhere else.
She can pretend.
It's nice in her head,
Things are sweeter there.
She can make her own things,
And she doesn't feel the tape unsticking,
The staples slipping.
She can be alone.
With only those pieces inside her,
There's enough people already.
She only hears the criticism,
It's constant to her,
Compliments go unheeded,
They're lies.
They tell her that, the pieces in her.
They're the only ones that tell the truth.
They're the only ones she listens to.
They know her so well,
Because they are her,
And why would she lie?
A/N: This is just an experiment, so review and let me know if it was any good. Thought I'd try something new. Variety is the spice of life and yada yada yada.
