Totally Bizarre is on Hiatus

I'm sorry to say that Totally Bizarre is officially on Hiatus. I know, it sucks. You've come this far in the story only for me to say that I can't work on it.

As weird as this sounds, it sucks for me too. I know exactly where I want the story to go, I have all the ideas down, I've had everything about this story planned out for years, and I can't implement it.

Why? Because my motivation is gone. I don't have that spark of inspiration to make me go "I can't wait to do this". But not for lack of trying. I've tried replaying Wind Waker, watching LPs, rereading previous chapters to get myself in the mood, but nothing compares to the fire I had in my eyes when I first started writing this fanfic.

Does this mean I plan to quit writing this fanfiction permanently? No. I'm just stuck in a rut. Think of it like that time I took a break from Totally Whacked. I did come back, but it took me a few years to find that spark again.

I've noticed a pattern in my obsession with certain fandoms…
Mario
Zelda
Tales of Symphonia
Zelda
Dot Hack/GU
Zelda
Okami
Zelda
Original work…
See the pattern? I tend to find myself back in the Zelda craze as soon as my current craze passes over. How long do these phases last? That, I don't know, but I suspect that I'll be back in my Zelda phase soon enough, and when I do, I'll be working away on this fic like mad.

What do I recommend you do? Well, since there really is no say of when I'll be updating again, I suggest you follow this story so that you'll be emailed the second I update again. In the meantime, the RPG Maker Game I've been working on, The Albino Hunter, is up on Steam Greenlight. (The link to it is on my profile.) You can show your support by thumbing it up. If you want. I'm not the boss of you.

Until I write again…
