Carly, Sam and Freddy had just finished broadcasting the latest iCarly and were heading out with Spence to get some candied squid rings.

"There they are!" someone cried out. Suddenly it seemed like they were surrounded by half their fanbase, all whooping excitedly and pointing at the embarassed young web-stars.

"Are we getting lynched?" asked Sam, who looked ready for a fight.

"Nothing to see here guys," shouted Spencer, "just some kids trying to get some squid rings."

A chant broke out on one side. "Creddie! Creddie! Creddie!"

On the other side the crowd chanted "Seddie! Seddie! Seddie!"

"What are they talking about?" said Carly, confused.

"They're arguing over which one of you I should be dating," smirked Freddie, cringing back when Sam went to hit him. "Whoa, missy," he protested. "They're doing the shouting, not me."

"Don't call me missy, nub," growled Sam.

The chanting grew louder and louder, until it was a deafening crescendo of noise that seemed to swamp them. "Seddie! Creddie! Seddie! Creddie! SEDDIE! CREDDIE!"

"WHAT ABOUT CAM?" yelled Sam, and all went quiet.

"What's Cam?" asked Carly after what seemed like an age.

Sam looked at her nervously, then made up her mind. "Aw, screw it," she said, and pulled Carly to her, kissing her unresisting friend deeply.

"Well," said Spencer, "it's about damn time."
