Annabeth

I walked up to the door. I could do this. I have it; I have a scholarship to the University of Athens. I stood in front of the doors. I looked at my silver, heart shaped locket, a good-bye present from my boyfriend, Percy. On the front, an owl was engraved on it, holding a sea shell. On the back, was a heart, with my name and Percy's in it. When I opened it up, I saw a picture of Percy and on the other side of the heart, was a picture of him and me at Camp Half-Blood.

I couldn't wait till the end of the quarter. I would go to some collage in Florida and see Percy. Gods, I couldn't wait. I just hope that things hadn't changed between him and me...

Percy

I was sitting in my cabin. Gods, Annabeth would kill me if she found out that I quite college. Still thinking about her, Percy. You need to forget about her! She has moved ON!

Grover, SHUT UP! Annabeth would never do that! Gods, why couldn't he just stay out of my head!He was right though. She most likely moved on. I mean, why would she want to stay with a stupid, idiotic, Seaweed Brain like me?

I went down to the sword arena to think. When I got there, I saw that I wasn't alone. I girl that looked like Annabeth was there. She was almost as great as Athena. "Nice sword work," I said.

The girl turned around at pointed the tip of her sword at my neck. "Oh sorry. You startteled me. I've never seen you here befor, what's your name?"

"Percy, son of Posidon." I said.

"Tess Storm, daughter of Athena."

We were both blushing. "Can I show you around?" I asked.

"I'd love that." Tess siad, putting her had in mine.

So, we walkedout of the sword arena, hand in hand. And I had a felling that this would be deeper and stronger than just a friendship.
