It was never going to work, this whole plan with Axel, it was just never going to work. Demyx was sitting on the shore of Destiny Island, loving the sound of the waves. He would always go here to feel better, the sounds of the oceans calming him down.

Ok, Ok, wait I can't do this from a third-person point of view. My name is Demyx Myde, and lately I have grown a huge crush on my best friend Axel Lea. Now this isn't just some recent sudden fan-girl crush, this has been going on since I was about 13, and I'm 17 now.

Lately the plan was going to be that, this is after many hours of working with Roxas one of Axel and mine good friend, that I was going to tell Axel how I felt before he left on his tour. That's right; he's a famous rock star. This is also the fan-girls que to scream. He is part of the group called Hell's Angels. They are quickly becoming popular. When their tour begins though Axel doesn't come back for a year. Everyone in the band knows that I liked Axel, even Zexion, who doesn't pay attention to anything besides his base and his books. Of course everyone knew except the most important person except Axel.

Anyways, back to the present. I had been putting off telling Axel because I was so scared of what he would do. The next thing that I know was that it was the day before the go off to tour. I had one more chance to tell him and right before I did, I blew it. I was going to say it, the one thing that I had wanted to tell him for 4 years of my life and the only thing that I could say was "I hope that you do well on your tour."

It didn't matter now anyway. He and the bad was gone, right before he left though, he did something without thinking. He wrote down everything that was in his mind, all of his feelings, and he put it in Axel's bag. No one had seen and he could only hope that Axel would find it before it was too late.

I put all that hope onto that paper. He began to sing.

As I finished the song, the tears came faster and I just started sobbing. The tears never seemed to end. But suddenly there were arms around me.

"Demmy if you loved me so much you should have just told me."

"Axel?" There was no way that it could have been him. He left. I saw him leave.

"Demmy look at me" Ocean eyes met emerald, eyes. I was so shocked, I couldn't help but just stare.

"Why didn't you just tell me?"

"I couldn't, I had no idea how you would react" My voice was hoarse from crying. I couldn't look at him.

"Well, Demyx I have a secret too" This made me finally look up.

"What secret?" Axel leaned in too whisper into my ear

"I love you too."
