I wrote this out of nowhere when I was mad during my English class. I don't own NCIS...

"What do you expect me to do? I'm trying my hardest here; you can't tell me I'm not trying."

"I never said that, Tony. I just said that I wish you would at least...what is the American word? Make an effort? Yes, make an effort."

"I AM MAKING AN EFFORT, ZIVA! Do you know how hard it is, keeping this a secret? Keeping US a secret? It's hard."

"You are a strong man, Tony. You should be able to keep it a secret."

"HOW CAN I KEEP YOU BEING PREGNANT A SECRET? GIBBS IS GETTING SUSPICIOUS. HE KNOWS YOU'RE NOT SICK. HE KNOWS I AM HIDING SOMETHING!"

"LYING IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT, TONY!"

"FOR YOU IT'S NOT. FOR ME THOUGH, IT IS!"

Ziva broke down then. She didn't know what to do. None of this was supposed to happen. She loved him, he loved her. It was that simple. She wasn't supposed to be pregnant though. She and Tony messed up and now their relationship was breaking at the lines.

Tony's expression softened when she started to cry. He had never seen Ziva cry before. After everything that had happened to her before they started officially dating, she had never shed a tear. DiNozzo looked at her, closing his eyes and mentally cursing himself. "Ziva...please don't..." he murmured, closing the space between them in the kitchen.

"Ziva, oh God. Please don't...shh," Tony said, sighing, and wrapping his arms around her, pulling her close. "Ziva, please, don't do this. Don't cry. I won't...I won't let it slip, I swear. I will keep this a secret no matter what."

Ziva felt herself being pulled into his embrace and she melted, burying her head in his chest and sobbing. "Tony, I cannot do this. I...this is just too...I do not know what to do," she sobbed, pulling away, her eyes looking up into his.

Tony looked down into Ziva's eyes and then brushed the tears away with his thumbs. "Ziva, listen to me. If you really want me to, I will continue to lie. But if Gibbs finds out, then there is nothing I can do. Can you trust me that I will keep this a secret?" DiNozzo murmured.

Ziva studied his face, her eyes searching his, and she slowly nodded. "Yes. I can trust you, Tony," she finally said.

Tony smiled ever so slightly, a hand moving to rest on her stomach. "Everything will be okay, Ziva. I love you," he murmured, kissing her lips.

Ziva kissed him back, her hand covering his own.
