Tori groaned to herself. How did life become so complicated? She hadn't meant for it to happen. He hadn't meant for it to happen. She was going over to the RV to talk with him… to try to win Beck back for Jade but it hadn't happened like that.

It might as well have been an alien causing this to happen because it sure as heck didn't feel like it was her.

((Flashback))

"Use the bell by the door sweetie," Beck's older sister Bethany (who was 10 years older then Beck) told Tori.

"Thanks"

Tori rang the doorbell

"Who is it?"

"I know that's you Beck"

Beck's cleaning lady came out.

"Thanks Consela," Beck said then looked at Tori with a smile and said "enter"

"So this is where you live?"

"That bad?"

"No… it's cool. It's just most teenagers don't live in an RV parked out in their parents garage"

"Well my parents said if I lived in their house I had to follow their rules"

"So your house-"

"My rules"

"Got ya"

"So, I guess you're probably wondering why I'm here like "Hey Tori's here… what up with that?"

"Do I really talk like that?"

"No it's just my generic boy voice"

"I like it," Beck said, "Do more"

She started to. She tried to talk him into getting back together with Jade. It hadn't gone as planned.

((Flashback continues))

"Tori it wouldn't be fair for me to get back together with Jade," Beck said, "because to be honest I'm in love with someone else"

Tori's eyes shot up to the front of her head. She couldn't have been more surprised if a robot came up and told her something

"Who is she," Tori asked, "Do I know her?"

"Yes," Beck said, "It's you"

For a minute Tori couldn't breath. Beck Oliver, the most popular, handsome student at the school actually liked… no was in love with her? For another minute she felt dizzy. She swayed and Beck caught her while she fell.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah… I guess it must have been the… thing… that… happened… today it…"

"Tori?"

"Yeah"

"You're a terrible liar"

"I was just caught off guard that's all. I never thought someone like you could like someone like me"

"Wh-are you kidding? You're sweet. You're funny. You're loving. You have… pazaz"

"Well as long as you don't say something eh-eh," she joked.

"I never would say anything eh-eh to you," he told her, "that would be impossible"

She had laughed when he said that. She couldn't believe she was lucky enough that Beck actually had liked her. Nothing else mattered at that moment. It just didn't register with her the consequences of what is going on. She was his and he was hers. How could there be any problems? At that moment it was as if time stood still. It was as if nothing mattered anymore.

((Flashback))

"So does this make us… an us," she asked

"I think it does," he said and he kissed her. They stayed in his RV until Tori had to go because it was curfew.

It wasn't until Jade asked her about the conversation that she knew and realized the magnitude of what had happened.

"Look," she said, "I'm really sorry. He… he's moved on"

Jade just stood there. She didn't say a word. She went to the RV to get her stuff

That night Beck found Jade dead, in his RV a note pinned to her chest

"I have finally fallen"
