First Time Jitters

James and Sirius were sitting in their dorm room. They both looked at each other nervously. Remus was standing in between them, wondering when either of them would speak.

"I don't want to do it." Sirius pouted, looking from one of his best friends to the other.

"Sirius! We've been preparing for this for a long time now. And I know you're nervous, but we've got to do this."

Remus was nodding with approval. He really hoped his friends wouldn't chicken out. He really needed to see it to believe that it was really happening. He had felt lonely for so long, but soon they'd be just like him.

"I love you both. Really I do. I just don't want it to hurt."

James touched his friend on his shoulder gently and gave him a small frown.

"I'm scared too. Remus is the only one who's done it before. Remember, it's my first time too Sirius."

Remus moved to sit between his two best friends on his bed. He wanted to make sure they felt comfortable. He knew how scary the first time is, how much it hurts.

"Will I have to take off my clothes?" Sirius looked at Remus questioningly. He laughed in response.

"Merlin, Black. How else you should do it. They won't exactly stay on either way now will they?"

Horror struck, James realized what that meant.

"Guy's I'm not comfortable enough with my body to do this." Now Sirius was the one to laugh.

"Come on James, I've seen you buck naked before. We do all shower together after Quidditch."

Remus stood back up and quickly grabbed something out of his dresser.

"Is that a camera Remus?" Sirius accused his friend. He just shrugged in a guilty manner. "Oh fine, but these better not end up around the school."

"Oh no, I'm only going to show Peter to make him jealous. He was too scared to join us today, but after he sees how much fun you guys will have…"

James began to take off his shirt.

"What are you doing?" Sirius shrieked, jumping away from James' now half naked form.

"I'm getting ready, what do you think. You should too."

Sirius shook his head violently. "I said I wasn't ready. It's my first time, and I'm scared. How come we have to do this right now. Can't we wait until we're a little older."

Remus sighed and rolled his eyes. He was really appreciative about what he friends were going to do for him right now, and he'll admit it, he was really excited to watch. But when it came down to it, if Sirius really didn't want to do it, he wouldn't make him.

"Come on buddy. Let's do it for Lupin. Let's do it for our pal. He's never seen anyone else do it before and it's bound to make us all closer. Besides, he said it only hurts at the beginning, and every time after that it gets easier until it doesn't hurt at all!" James tried to say with as much enthusiasm as possible.

He was getting excited now as well. Curious about how it may feel.

"Fine." Sirius muttered. He began to strip down like James was doing.

Behind the door Lily was laying on her stomach, with her ear do the crack between the floor and the door. She was shocked about what she was hearing. There was no way this was possible. Maybe Remus… but not Potter or Black. She got up opened the door, not thinking… just needing to know if it was true or not.

But when she opened the door she was shocked at what she found.

"Oh hi Lils." Remus waved, trying to act nonchalant. "I can explain. And I hope you can find it in your heart not to tell anyone."

Lily nodded, awe struck, because before her eyes were a large shaggy dog and a majestic stag.

Hahaha.. so who guessed it.
