Ok, so before you guys let the wrath of hell onto me for not updating this story for 2 years, I wanted to apologize, those two years I've been getting used to not being in high school and starting my college days, I am currently enrolled unto Everest University but I have a lot more free time then I did before, yes this chapter is short seeing as I did have 2 years to do but in reality I just did this chapter in less then an hour when I realized how long I have abandoned this story, I will not abandon this story for future reference but I do need some help, I have a horrible writers block when it comes to this, so if you guys have any ideas in which you like this story to head please leave a review or pm me with your ideas, it could be from another teen getting into trouble, to a sudden event that has to take place to a fight or adventure, if it includes another teen getting in trouble please leave there name, what they did, and who will punish them, leave how much you like for them to receive or another punishment you think should be used, I'm opened to any opinions. Again I am so sorry for being away for so long and hopefully I can stay on track and update at least once a months if I can't do anymore.

Warning: Reference to spanking, but not actually mentioned (I refer to the punishment a few times but the word spanking is never actually used)

"Renesmee closed her eyes as she took in a deep breath of fresh air, letting it out through her nose she shook her head frantically when her thoughts went towards her brother, she knew what was happening, she wasn't born yesterday. It still hurt, having to know that your brother is going to be punished and not being able to do anything, hearing it was much worse, you can't run up there and stop it because part of you knows he deserves it, the other part wants to hate the person who's causing them pain.

"You don't have to fight your thoughts, Renesmee" Edward whispered behind her "I hate myself too" he said, she turned and he gave her a weakfish smile. "Are you positive this is what I do in your time, b-because I don't think-" he swallowed and took a deep breath.

Renesmee sighed, "I don't hate you Dad," she said.

He chuckled slightly "Don't lie to me Renesmee, trust me I've been in your shoes, I'm close to Alice more so than I am with Rosalie, when Alice gets in trouble I tend to not speak with Carlisle for a while, he understands why and there's nothing much else to it, after a day or so my anger has dissipated and everything goes back to normal." He said.

She looked at him with big eyes "Grandpa is ok with you hating him for a few days?" she asked, that didn't make sense, Carlisle hated for anyone to be at odds with him, even if it wasn't his fault, he always tried to make things right.

Edward sighed "Not exactly, he's tries to get me to talk to him afterwards explaining why he did it, and don't get me wrong, every time Alice gets in trouble there's a reason for why she's in the study, she deserves to be there but, she's my younger sister and I can't stand the thought of her being punish, its nothing against Carlisle and he knows that I love him more than anything" he said "I just need some time to come back into my senses" he said.

Nessie nodded "I think that's what I need, and it won't take days not even hours, I know what Caleb did was wrong and I know he deserved what ever you gave him" she swallowed stopping her sentence.

Edward sighed he wanted to hug his daughter but knowing she didn't want the embrace "I understand sweetheart, take all the time you need" he said, his throat was tight but he understood closing his eyes for a few seconds he turned to leave only to be grabbed by the shirt.

"Dad" she said her eyes saddened "I don't hate you, I would never hate you yes I don't like the punishments neither does the others but that's how we stay in line and I have to accept that, I only have to speak with him and if its like the other times Caleb is going to give me an earful for even thinking of being upset with you, like he does" she said with a fond smile.

Edward pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead "I love you both so much, it doesn't matter if I just learned about you two I've never loved something this much, I thought when I found Bella that was the only thing I was going to love for eternity" he spoke "Never, doubt my love for you no matter how angry I get, no matter how many times I punish you please" he begged.

"I promise Dad, can I go see Caleb now, please!" she asked her eyes pleading, he nodded and before he knew, his daughter was out of his arm and gone like a flash of light, he took a deep breath.

"She's going to be alright Edward" Alice spoke.

Edward rounded on her surprise "How did you sneak up on me, I should have been able to hear your thoughts?" he said confused, she smiled.

"You were too busy hearing Nessies you didn't care about anyone else's" she said then she narrowed her eyes "Are you telling the truth, do you get angry with Carlisle when I get punished, I thought I only have to worry about Jasper being a little confrontational during that but you, come on Edward" she said angrily.

Edward looked away ashamed "You're my sister Alice"

Alice's eyes softened "And you're my brother, we love each other unconditionally but we both have to be understanding when each other get into trouble, I don't want your relationship to struggle with Carlisle, everyone knows you two have the most strongest bond, don't ruin that for me" she said strongly.

"Edward sighed, "Its not like I hate him Alice, I just get defensive" he said, "Carlisle understands" he said looking into the dark forest.

"Just because he understands, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. Tell me Edward, when Nessie said she needed time as well, what did you feel?' she asked.

Edward closed his eyes and sighed, "Ok Alice, I'll apologize to him." He said he knew where this was going, and she was right, Carlisle may have understood he reason but it didn't stop from hurting him, and apparently it took having a daughter to do the exact same thing to realize that.

Ok, well I hope you like this chapter, wasn't a lot like I mentioned, but I think I can get a flow, the next chapter is about Caleb and Renesmee, the siblings share a moment together, comment what you want to see in that chapter, and what did you think about Alice and Edwards relationship.
