God, I couldn't believe this. I was going to propose. I was going to propose to Annabeth! I told her to meet me at Camp Half-Blood's lake. Then, I finally saw her. Her blonde hair let down flowing in the wind. She then went up to me and lock her lips with mine. I was a little shocking after we broke the kiss my lips went dead. Annabeth smiled, "Hi, seaweed brain."
"H-h-hi Annabeth." I replied stupidly
"What did you want to see me about?" Annabeth asked.
"Look Annabeth, remember our first kiss?"
"Yes, I do."
"Well, since then I always knew you were the one," I started, "And a lot has happened with us together. I can't imagine being with anyone but you. I love you Annabeth Chase."
"What are you asking me, Percy? Did you do something bad?" Annabeth asked accusingly
"No, Annabeth. But you will do something bad if you said yes." I smartly replied.
"Oh my gods..."
I got on one knee and held out the ring. Tears of joy were in Annabeth's eyes, "Annabeth Chase, will you marry me?"
"Yes... I will marry you, seaweed brain."
I slipped the golden ring on her finger. She smiled and pulled me into a warm kiss. We went up to the Big House to make it official, "Percy, this ring, It's so beautiful!"
"Doesn't your fiancée have excellent taste?"
"He sure does."
When we walked in Chiron and the rest of the campers stared at our goofy grins, "Percy. Annabeth. Why the Hades are you having those weird looks on your faces?"
"We're engaged." Annabeth replied
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Congratulations!" Chiron replied.
The Aphrodite girls thought the ring was absolutely gorgeous. Annabeth left to send an iris message to Athena. Then I walked to Grover, "Thanks for picking out the ring, man."
"No problem, Perc. But you told her it was me who picked out the ring right?"
"...Bye Grover."
