Your embrace is the perfect medicine for lonely nights.

Deidara was no stranger to loneliness. Most of his life he was alone, fending for himself. He enjoyed it, usually. The peaceful silence, just him and his art.

But now it was different. After meeting the strange masked man and dealing with his random bursts of childish excitement, flails for dango, and the necessity to pester everyone, he grew used to having someone else's company.

This didn't mean that the fiery blonde was going soft. Oh no no no. He'd blow up Tobi if he needed to… well maybe….. Okay anyone besides Tobi.

Deidara sighed softly, laying awake with the sheets roughly pushed out of his way. Tobi was invited to hangout with Kisame and Zetsu that night. Leaving little Deidara alone….

"Grrrrrr." Deidara flipped to the side, glaring at the wall. OKAY! He admits it, he likes the big moron. He was jealous that Tobi was goofing off with someone other than him. He missed Tobi, but he was used to the loneliness, so why did it hurt so bad this time?

Deidara heard the door creak open, saw the slit of light shine through, but he still didn't bother looking at who it was. The door was shut softly and light footsteps made their way to Deidara. A sweet, almost candy-like, smell made Deidara smile widely, instantly recognizing the owner of the addictive scent.

"What do you want Tobi, un?" He made his voice sound grumpy, keeping the eagerness and desperation out of it.

"I was wondering if I could sleep with you tonight Sempaiii~. Kisame was telling ghost stories and now I'm scared." Tobi whispered, his deep voice sent shivers down Deidara's spine.

"I don't care, un." Deidara's throat went dry, and he licked his lips as his heart raced, feeling the other nin next to him.

Suddenly, Tobi wrapped his arms around Deidara's waist, pulling him against his muscular chest. Deidara inhaled deeply when he felt Tobi's lips graze his skin, Tobi's breath tickled Deidara's as he nuzzled into Deidara's blonde locks.

"I missed you, Sempai." Deidara's face turned a light pink. After a few minutes, Tobi's soft snores reached Deidara's ears. Deidara smiled softly, pressing into Tobi's warm embrace.

He closed his eyes, knowing that the big moron would always be there to make him feel less lonely.
