31st July. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOANNE ROWLING!

What Would Professor Trelawney Say?

Summary: Harry has a dream...

Harry James Potter sat upright in bed.

His wife looked at him sleepily. "Harry, what happened?"

He shook his head. "Nothing, Gin. Just a dream. Go back to sleep." He lay down and waited for her breathing to slow. Then, Harry closed his own eyes and breathed deeply. That had been one weird dream.

A flash of red hair and freckles and someone who looked like a mixture of Ron and Hermione...

A glimpse of an exact replica of Draco Malfoy...

An image of someone who looked just like Harry...

Harry shook his head again. In the dream... that girl had looked like little Rosie, Ron and Hermione's daughter... The boy had looked like Albus, Harry's own son... And the other boy? That had been little Scorpius Malfoy, without doubt. And they had been... at a wedding?

The redhead was grinning as she walked with her father down the aisle. He father, with his red hair almost completely greyed, was close to tears. The girl winked at the good-looking blonde who was standing next to the priest with his messy-haired, green-eyed best man. He smirked as her father, with the utmost reluctance, put her hand in his. They both said their vows almost impatiently, and then kissed with such gusto that a fat old lady in front 'tched' loudly.

Harry's closed eyes snapped open and he resisted the urge to yell with horror. Malfoy and Rosie? That swine's son and his little niece? He remembered the look that the young Malfoy had given Rose when he first saw her... It was just like how Ron looked at Hermione, how he looked at Ginny, how Bill looked at Fleur, and how both Snape and his dad had looked at his mum.

But it was impossible. He must have imagined the dream. And even if he hadn't, it was just a dream, right?

He nodded to himself and managed to go back to sleep peacefully. Little did he know that in ten years time, one sunny April morning, he would have a strange sense of déjà vu...
