Summary: Ariel is alone in the castle and decides to take a bath. When she gets into the water, she remembers her days as a mermaid.

Ariel awoke one fine morning to find that her husband Prince Erik was away on official royal business. They had not been married long but the joy and the hope of love was still very much apparent.

Ariel didn't know what do to seeing as she had a free day today which was rare. So, she thought she would begin the day with a nice hot bath. She went into the royal bathroom and turned on the water by herself. She didn't want to bother the servants so she did it herself.

The hot water began to fill up the tub and Ariel was so excited as she dumped in the bubbles for the bath. The room smelled like almonds and vanilla mixed together. It was truly heaven. Soon, the bathtub was full and Ariel turned off the water. Sticking a finger in the water to check the temperature, she smiled as she set it at the right temperature.

Ariel then undressed herself and then gasped as she stepped into the nice warm tub. This was heaven! Slowly as she got into the tub, the water surged over her and she felt at peace. She found herself thinking of home, her first home, the ocean as she began to sit in the warm water. She remembered all the times she spent with her father, her mother, her sisters. Oh how she missed them.

Ariel sighed as the bubbles seemed to gather around her. This was very relaxing. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She peeped open one eye and looked around. She then started to swim around the tub, just like she did when she was a mermaid. She slid herself onto a ledge in the bathtub and the warm water spilled out and the bubbles slowly slid back like the waves did in the ocean.

Ariel laughed and smiled. She hadn't felt this good in a while. Ariel repeated this over and over. She then imagined she was on the rock watching Prince Erik like she was not too long ago. She hummed the familiar tune and stuck her hand into the water. The bubbles and water washed over her body and Ariel hummed so loud.

Ariel then took a huge amount of suds and made herself a bubble clamshell bra. Unfortunately, she didn't see Grimsby walk into the royal bathroom. He nearly fainted when he saw her.
