'I can't believe that I'm going to go…' A young man thought to himself as he stuffed both of his hands inside of his dark blue denim jeans as his white dress shirt shifted from the sudden change in movement.

He pulls out a set of keys and unlocks the door that lifts upward instead of outwards.

An elaborate white decorated envelope rested on the surface of his passenger seat after he entered the driver's side of the new red Ferrari F430 Spider, which was an early twenty-second birthday present for not killing anyone that whole year.

It was true that his past was a very dark shadow that still loomed over his head, especially whenever he would go to sleep.

He was recalling all of the lives suffering from his wraith during the Shaman fights but due to having no feelings it did not particularly bother him.

The young man was thoroughly surprised when his twin Yoh accepted him with open arms while everyone glared at him with disdain or hateful stares and who could blame them.

After all, the male was hell-bent on conquering the world and killing all of those that dared to revolt against him.

Yet that was all in the past after Yoh's friends were slow to warm up to him.

'At least not everyone that is…' He reminds himself once he recalled that one particular person who did not immediately quell their anger toward him and who could blame her.

His Spirit of Fire did eagerly consume her Shaman spirit, which she affectionately named it as Shamash.

She greatly suffered since she tried to maintain her power through hatred and self-inflicted pain all while inside of that heavy scrap metal called an Iron Maiden.

The beeping noise was bringing him out of his thoughts of the past, he was inserting his key in his car before cranking up the DOH 32 valve V-8 that was supplying him the power to satisfy his need for speed.

The white four and a half inch by six and a half catches his eyes again as he reaches over to pick up the envelope and opens it to see the elaborate handwriting that was on the front "You have been cordially invited to the wedding of Asakura Yoh and Kyoyama Anna."

The date was set for March 20, the time was at noon while the end time was not visibly written, the RSVP date and number to call if you plan to attend.

'It's about time those two got married.' The young man concluded.

He reflected back on how his twin somehow convinced him to become the Best Man for the wedding. It was after he attended his Bachelor party for ulterior motives rather than going to see his twin.

The news came as a complete surprise to him. Honestly, he would have settles for just being a groomsmen and assumed that Yoh would have chosen someone who had known him longer than he did to be his Best Man.

Yet, it did not seem that his friend mind either and appeared to have supported the vote unanimously.

'I swear I don't deserve to have Yoh as my baby brother.' He surmises as he places the envelope back on the passenger seat.

The male shifts the stick of the sports car into reverse, pulls out of the driveway, shifts it into drive, presses the accelerator, and flies down the street way.

A young girl with long curly silver hair and red color pupils fell on to the white envelope that was delivered to her two weeks ago. It was the main reason as to why she was about to land in America.

"Are you excited Jeanee-sama?" A young boy, with short light green hair with green eyes that match his hair color, asks while he lifts his torso from the blue cushion airplane seat.

"That I am a bridesmaid in Yoh and Anna's wedding or that I was even invited to the wedding?" The young woman, name Jeanne, was questioning the same traveling companion.

"Why not Jeanne-sama? Obviously, they value you as a close friend. That's why they invited you and that's why you are going to be a bridesmaid." A man with blonde hair, who wears square rim glasses, leans to his right in order to speak to her.

"Besides you aren't just any bridesmaid...you are the Maid of Honor, Jeanne-sama." Her green haired companion gushes as she ponders should she be feeling how he is at the moment.

"It appears as if Lyserg is more excited about the wedding than you are, Jeanne-sama." The blonde male mentions.

Jeanne simply glances over to Lyserg and notices the wide smile that adorn his face.

She could not help but giggle at Marco's successful attempt at a joke before the pilot's voice broadcasts over the intercom. "We're about to arrive now. Make sure your trays are secured in their upright position and fasten your seatbelts."

"We're about to arrive. All of the butterflies should be gone when you see Anna again." The man, name Marco, alleges before he leans back against the airplane seat and refasten his seatbelt.

'If you say so. I just can't help but get the feeling that I'm not going to like it.' As someone's image soon flashes in her head when the image runs through her head, which causes a shiver to crawl up her spine from the image.

"Are you alright, Jeanne-sama? You look a little pale." Lyserg concern voice brings her out of her thoughts.

Right before she could give an answer to calm his tone down, the plane was jerking meaning the landing gear was dropping from underneath the airplane.

"I just can't get over the fact when the plane starts to drop whenever we begin to land." Jeanne complained because she had been accustomed to riding in planes while being in the Iron Maiden, but did not want to openly reveal what actually had her bothered.

Lyserg warmly offers her a sympathetic nod since he could sense relief were in each other's sight oncd the plane's wheels connects with the asphalt of the landing and runway.

When the young man arrived at the designated location, he noticed that the church was enormous compared to the other chapels that he passed along the way.

There was a rather long semicircle driveway through, which would be where Anna would walk through.

It was a rather decent location for a church as nature seems to come alive around him.

He drives pass the main entrance and pulls in the area where the other guests were to park at once they arrive at the church.

Much to his pleasure, he spots his twin on the sidewalk along with a couple of his friends, who participates in the wedding. His eyes discern a parking space about two cars down from where they converse at.

The young man quickly turns off his car's engine. He could no longer feels his car vibrates from his foot against the acceleration pedal the entire drive to the church.

"Hao, I'm glad you could make it! I see you bought yourself an early birthday present." His twin speaks up, as he places his hands in his green pants' pockets, sandals, and a white shirt that was remarkably similar to Hao's shirt when he ambles over to Hao's brand new car.

His twin released a wolf whistle once he made his way around the car before he peeked back at him.

"You so totally spoil yourself you know that?" He mentions in his typical carefree attitude that brings a smile to Hao's face.

Leave it to Yoh, to make something funny with his aloof attitude, which Hao was appreciative and secretly jealous of but he was not going to let him know that...at least not now.

"It's your big day, baby bro! You can see it later when you come back from your honeymoon." Hao easily changes the subject between the two.

"That's if he comes back alive. Anna is a slave driver, you know." A young man with spiky blue hair and black eyes, which they identify him as Usui Horokeu but was better known by his nickname Horohoro.

"Slave driver is a compliment." A young man with medium length hair stated, as his golden eyes cut toward Hao, Yoh, and Horohoro from where they stood in the group.

"Agreed." A rather buff dark skin man agrees, which Hao identify to be Chocolove, crosses his arms over his chest.

"Where's Ryu and Faust VII? I'm surprise they didn't beat me here." Hao asks about the presence of the two missing comrades of Yoh.

"They'll be here. Knowing Faust, he probably went to go visit Elizabeth again so I had sent Ryu on a 'mission' to make sure that he didn't get sidetrack after all…"

"He's the organ player." Yoh answers his twin question, which receives a nod of approval from the rest of the group.

"So are you ready to go and get your butt kicked into martial bliss?" Someone jokes among them as they all seem to share in the joke together before they all file in the side entrance of the church.

"Marco, are we following the schedule?" Jeanne inquires about their agenda while she twiddles her interlace fingers which rests on top of her long white skirt.

"Don't worry Jeanne-sama, you won't be late. Its a good thing that we took precaution and left at an earlier time."

"There were news reports that a storm was brewing over Paris during the later part of the morning." Marco reassures the silver haired girl, who seemed nervous with every mile that they covered to the church.

"I'm glad that you thought of it. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I were to miss Yoh and Anna's wedding." Jeanne expresses some of her feelings about being in attendance at the wedding.

"Jeanna-sama, take deep breathes, you're acting as if you are the one getting married today." Lyserg teases her.

He noticed that Marco shot him a reprimand stare, as he knew that was not the proper thing to say.

"Its alright Marco. I happen to enjoy Lyserg's sarcasm since it doesn't make me quite so nervous."

"The same as with you and your attempt at jokes Marco. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family that surround me." She replies causing both men in the car faces to blush red from embarrassment.

Jeanne find her attention drift toward the ever changing landscape with towering sky scrappers of the metro area that shift to open green grazing lands that were suited for agriculture.

'I wonder what it would be like to run a farm?' She thought to herself. She could not help but to wear a small smirk as she still had child like dreams that would even surprise her at times.

"We are here, Jeanne-sama." Marco announce to her. Her attention seem to have refocus on to the scenery that was around her.

The entrance boasts two twin columns on the side of the road with subtle landscaping as they can feel the unpredictable asphalt shifts to smoother roads.

As their speed came to a cruising condition, she noticed that the church reminded her of the chapel that she resided in when she's in Paris.

It was just a scaled down version to the point that it only had the basic enmities that would pass as a real life version.

There was a U-shaped driveway that would deliver the bride to the church so that she could walk down the aisle of the church.

Suddenly, she could feel her anxiousness starting to get the best of her. When Marco drove passed the front of the cathedral, she was left in awe at the complete view of the entrance.

"It seems as if we have to park in this lot." Marco informs his leader of the reason why he drives pass the entrance and heads to another lot immediately in awe at the variety of cars that were park.

Yoh can hear his twin let out a whistle of appreciation at their current surroundings when the thought of how could Yoh afford it cross his mind.

"I swear you two are just a like with that whistling." Tao alleges once Yoh leads them to the groom's suite in the cathedral after Hao mimics the same move that Yoh did early after he notices Hao's car.

"What can I say? It's in the genes." Hao simply responds, which causes his trademark smile to appear on his face after he overhears the comparison from the young man.

"This is it." Yoh announces with a carefree tone that he was rather known for. He placed one of his hands on the brass knob, turned the lock until they heard a click noise, and the door popped open.

Yoh pushes the door open to allow every single last one of his companions to enter inside of the area.

It appears to be a normal size room except for the extravagant taste in furniture. It boasts meticulous spacing for any large party, who will use it to prepare before a wedding.

Yoh and Hao exhaled another whistle of appreciation as the group flank out to see what else the space had to offer for the groom and his groomsmen.

A hard knock rasp against the door causes everyone to turn their attention toward each another before they focus in on who would be the one to open the door.

Yoh accept the task and make his way over to the door and open it. It was none other than…
