Okay, inspiration has slapped me on the back and this… err, thing was born! I haven't been writing all that much lately, so this is like a gift from the gods. I know it's really short and stuff, but I promise it'll be longer as the story progresses! So I hope you enjoy and best of luck to BeautifulFiction!

WARNING! This is set in the 21st century! Allen is believed to be insane! (Yeah, I like insanity :D) Set in Allen point of view.

It was calling for me again tonight.

Tap.

Knocking on my door, I knew what it wanted. What it wanted every night.

Tap.

I couldn't move, I was too scared.

Tap, tap.

It was becoming impatient.

Tap, tap.

I could feel my room grow colder. Darker.

Tap, tap, tap.

"Go away!" I shouted, from my little corner.

Silence. Cool, blissful silence.

I sighed, hoping that it had finally left me in peace.

"Please." It called to me softly.

I froze, turning my wide eyes toward the little window in my door.

"Please, we need your help." It begged me, its large golden eyes pleading.

I stood and screamed. I picked up a glass and threw at the door, it shattering on impact. "Go away! Find someone else!"

The little girl closed her eyes in defeat. "There is no one else, it must be you." She turned and disappeared.

I whimpered, sliding down the wall in my corner, my sanctuary in this insane place. My home. I know she'll be back tomorrow. She always does.

Always calling out to me.
