The Pirate and the Gentleman

My playground, the Seven Seas ahoy

Ships set and ready, forward convoy

Under the command of a true genius

Such an iron fist brusque in audacity

. . .

The captain of a charming fleet

Discovering treasures where worlds meet

Far too distinct, for my own taste

Luxuries of wondrous appeal, dull

. . .

But haste not the impression, I fancy

Still my sugared pudding and tea

Like a proper English gentleman

Ah, but who else it be but I?

. . .

Though etiquette only matters two a pair

I've a half other that amuses to spare

For both the pirate and the gentleman see

This great kingdom of mine in wait

Cheers to you England! I love you and your pirate and gentleman selves!
