To say I was surprised is an understatement for there was the answer to the question that I had been looking forever since I sent Sirius Black to find his godson and be part of his family once more.

"Mr. Lupin to say I am surprised is a understatement. May I ask what suddenly occurred to cause you to see how dark your leader of light is? Please take a seat for I am sure that this will be a most interesting story and do call me Tom we are all friends here or we will be very shortly."

Lupin nodded taking a seat Fenrir joining them not wanting to loose sight of the pup he most recently gained back.

"It was actually my most recent employer actually that led me to believe that not all was right in the light. I was working in a second hand bookstore it was quite small but it was homey and quiet and they were able to work with my schedule to deal with my furry problem. The owner was a squib and knew of the magical world but did not seemed bothered by my furry problem. A month after I had been working there I noticed my employer seemed to be angry but after a few days he was back to normal. Then about once a month for a few days he would come back from having lunch and would be upset over something. But it was not my business or so I thought at the time and so I didn't ask. It wasn't until break ins started happening on my sixth month that my employer confessed to me the true light of the situation."

"He told me that once a month since I started working here a elder gentleman in a long purplish robe with a long grey beard going by the name Dumbledore started to make it his business to inform my manager that I was dangerous and that I should be fired before something bad happened. When my employer told him that he would decide if I was dangerous or not Dumbledore became insistent. My employer laughed him off and walked away it wasn't until next month that he says Dumbledore again with the same message to fire me. Each time my employer said no and would not hear anything more of it. A month before the break-ins started to occur Dumbledore met with my employer one last time. Saying that if he didn't fire me that he would be forced to realize his mistake."

"Thus the break-ins started and the owner could not keep paying for new windows and no one wanted to come to a bookstore with broken windows so he had to let me go but not before telling me exactly why first."

"I had always been upfront to everyone of my employers about my time that I needed off or of my furry problem if they were magically inclined. But they had always fired me shortly after some giving no excuse while others said I was trouble and did not belong there."

"I decided to look for Fenrir to see what else Dumbledore had lied about and he thought it would be best if I came to talk to you since you know more on Dumbledore's deception more than anyone."

I looked at him staring and knew that he would either remain neutral or fight with us in this war but he would never go back to Dumbledore. I leaned back into my chair and getting comfortable began my tale as I had done for Black. Making sure to leave nothing out.

Harry's POV

Sirius was enjoying all the open air and the beach, as I knew he would since before going through the veil he had been stuck at Grimuald place watching the wallpaper peel in utter boredom. It had been a couple of months since his arrival to the islands and I could tell in the first few days that the islands were doing him some good. The twins were already thoroughly in love with his other form always playing with or sleeping next to Padfoot. Severus admitted to telling the Dark Lord that he knew where he was located but did not give him the location or anything about the twins. There was another thing that I wished to tell him but hoped he wouldn't be too mad at me.

"Sirius."

Sirius looked up from where he was playing on the living room rug with the twins.

"Yeah."

"There is one more thing that I sort of haven't mentioned to anyone yet. Not even Lucifer knows because I have kept a strong glamour on since coming to the islands."

Sirius looked at me like he was concentrating to hard trying to see through the so-called glamours that I had on. Before I could say anything the doorbell rang and I looked at the door oddly. I wasn't expecting anyone, but I hoped it was Severus and Lucifer because I didn't want to admit to this too many times. Once was proving hard enough.

I opened the door and sure enough Lucifer and Severus were there but they were not alone. The third person could barely contain themselves as the scooped me up into a giant bear hug.

"Moony what are you doing here? How did you even get here?" I looked at him shocked as he put me down laughing at my shocked expression. Then suddenly a thought came to mind. "Never mind that I am just happy that you are here and since you came with Severus you know what is going on. About Dumbledore and about what happened with Tom."

"Unfortunately though I am sorry I was not there for you as much as I could have been I wish for you to forgive me and hope to make out family whole once more."

"Moony you know that you will always be my family and there is no way that I could blame you for anything that has happened." I said with tears in my eyes as I looked at him smiling. I heard a noise behind me and that drew me back in to the present moment of just exactly I had been doing and now that everyone was here I saw no reason to stall but first I had to reintroduce someone.

"Moony there is so much I want to tell you but first there are some people that you need to meet."

I started to drag him further into the living room where it had grown silent except for the babble of the little ones.

"Moony I would like to reintroduce Sirius Black back from the veil and I would like you to meet for the first time my sons."

I had been staring at the ground so when I heard a crash I was quite confused as to what had caused it. It wasn't until I was looking back at Remus that I realized that I had made the werewolf faint and I hadn't even told him the other secret I was hiding from everyone here.

Snape groaned loudly at the display that Remus had made and pulled a vial from his robe. He kneeled down as he uncapped the vial and placed the vial a little bit below the nose. It wasn't long before Remus was awake again and sitting on the couch with Sirius next to him telling his tale with a twin in each of their laps.

Once Sirius and Remus had finished their stories of how they had come to the cottage with the help of Tom I knew it was my turn to tell them my secret.

"You all know that I had been trapped in my animangus form when I came to Tom as a birthday present correct?" I paused waiting for them to all acknowledge that. "Well it took me a while to actually transform back and when I did I managed to somehow mess it up and nothing I can find has been able to fix the mistake I made. Because when I changed back I did it unconsciously so I wasn't able to change back completely and got stuck with a few more appendages." With that I took the glamour off and as the tail and ears were revealed I waited for them to reply.

"This explains so much, no wonder I have wanted to chase you this entire time." Sirius shouted proud of himself that there wasn't anything wrong with him in the first place and that it was just his animangus instincts that had kicked in from time to time.

"Mr. Potter" Snape moaned as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "If you had said something in the beginning we could of found a way to reverse the changes that you have inherently caused but since you have waited so long it may already be too late to change you back completely. "

"I know but I was embarrassed at first and then with the whole pregnancy I sort of forgot at times or became distracted by my worries." I said looking down at the ground in embarrassment.

They were silent for a while before Lucifer decided to break the silence.

"Well now we know why you have so much fish. I mean really three fridges with fish in it are enough to feed Hogwarts and you are eating it yourself. For a moment I thought something was seriously wrong."

We all started to laugh at that the tension finally broken as we all settled down and started to catch up with each other.

It had been several weeks since Remus had come to join us and had settled in well with Sirius. They were shocked that they had missed each other by a few days and when asked why it took so long for Remus to get here he explained.

"I was leaving a little present for Minister Fudge to find."

He didn't explain exactly what he left or why he left it in the first place but I didn't see a reason to keep on it so left it at that. Remus and Sirius had found a home near me so they were not far in case I needed a babysitter and with all the confessions going on it seemed as if Remus and Sirius had finally confessed their feelings to each other and were now an item. Everything seemed to be right in the world and I couldn't be happier with the twins. I had decided to give them middle names at least since I couldn't keep calling them baby one and baby two.

I had put as much thought as I could into what could be their names and since Sirius was like a father to me I decided to keep with tradition a bit a give my children constellation middle names that way they could have a bit of wizarding tradition in them. My first-born I gave to him the name Perseus after the fact that he seemed to show no fear and to my second born I gave him the name Orion because he was able to find items that we tried to hide from him.

They were the sweetest babies that anyone could ask for and never seemed to make a fuss, which was a blessing because truth to be told I was running on instinct most of the time in the beginning. But I knew I would of loved them all the same if they were rowdy and loud as well.

I looked at Remus and Sirius as they were playing with the twins. They had come over to spend time with the newest members of the family and had two new presents for them to play with. When they heard of my decision on middle names Sirius could do nothing but hug me happy that I considered us so close that I would use his family tradition in naming. Even though he was the black sheep of his family he still loved them and he just wish he could take some of the things he said and did back or to have a chance to apologize. We were like a real family now and they were already trying to teach the twins how to prank even though they could barely crawl. Lucifer and Severus come to visit when they can and it turns out that Severus is almost as bad as Sirius and Remus when it comes to spoiling the kids as well as converting them if the potion books that I keep finding on the kid's bedtime story shelf were anything to go by.

Looking at how everybody had someone else was hard to look at times it made me wonder what Tom was doing and if he ever thought of me. Every once in a while I will feel warm inside and I feel like it is him trying to comfort me. But I knew that couldn't be it. At least that is what I thought. I thought he still hates me but then Sirius arrived and shortly after Remus all saying that Tom had sent them to me to keep me company. That he was trying to give me back my family that had been taken from me before I could experience a true family and remember it. I looked at the twins and sighed knowing what I had to do. Tom had gone without a family longer than me and it wasn't right that I was keeping his newest family members from him. I went into my room and grabbed some parchment and a quill and started to write what I could trying to convey my feelings into the parchment and hoping that when read he would understand how much I had been scared and how much I loved him.

After finishing I started to look around knowing that I needed to include one more thing in order for this to be just right grabbing what I needed I called Hedwig to me. It had appeared as a shock to me when not even a week after arriving here that Hedwig showed up and made herself a home in one of the trees nearby. "Hey girl can you take this to England for me and give this to Tom." She looked at me as if to say about time and held out her leg form me to tie on the letter. She flew out the window as soon as I was done as if to give me no choice in taking it back and I could only hope I had done the right thing.

TOM'S POV

I could feel a headache coming on as I looked at Lucius and Severus. We had been in Lucius's study for the past two and a half hours trying to figure a course of action that would help us bring Dumbledore's true colors to light; but so far nothing that we came up with was actually holding any real value. Everything was too superstantial and there was no real proof except the witnesses word against Dumbledore and since Dumbledore was trusted and seen as the epitome of light and all that is good in the world. No we needed something bigger that he couldn't claim as just false rumors. But since we weren't seen as good people at the moment we couldn't submit what we had against him. So thus brings us to the current situation and the reason for the headache.

Suddenly I heard a peck at the window and looked to see a snowy white owl at the window. Recognition flitted through me as I realized that it was Harry's owl. I quickly got out of my chair startling Severus and Lucius who had not been aware of the pecking at the window, and crossed to the window to open it letting the owl in. It flew to the desk and landing gracefully turned back to me to hold out its leg. I quickly untied the letter from its leg cooing at her. I gave her to Severus as I started to open the envelope to see what he had written. Hoping that he had seen what I had been trying to do and that he could see that I wanted his forgiveness.

Dear Tom,

I hope you are well I can not tell you how much it means to me that you were able to give me back Sirius and that you were able to give me back Remus as well. My family is almost complete and I know that you are thinking of my parents but even I know there is no way to bring back the dead without leaving a piece of them behind in the spirit world. No what I meant is you, I want to see you again but there are something's that need to be done first before I can return to England and even then only at the right time. But that is not the reason I a finally writing you, the first thing that I wish to say is that I forgive you for your reaction I know that you didn't mean any of it and that you deserve forgiveness. Now stop before you say you don't deserve it because you do and you have made up for it with Sirius and Remus and in more ways than you know. Which brings me to the second thing or things in the case that I wish to talk to you. The night that I left you and I had a encounter that you thought at first was a dream that I am sure later found out that it was anything but. But when I left I took something with me that I didn't know I had taken and wish to make you aware of it. It wasn't until a while after I had left the manor that I started to feel ill and that there was something wrong with me. If you know my past you know how much I hate hospitals since I always seem to be in one at least twice a year as is the tradition with me. So when I finally did go I met a doctor who told me that the night that I had left the manor I had become pregnant. Well true to his diagnoses I was pregnant but not only that but with twins who were so magically strong they were able to do magic while in my womb. A few months ago I went into labor and gave birth to two boys. I have not named them yet except to give them middle names. The first-born has black hair and your eyes are already starting to show through and I have given him the middle name Perseus while the second born has the same hair he has my eyes and I have given him the middle name Orion. It has always been my intention to tell you of them but I just didn't know how. This is also why I have yet to give them proper first names I wanted to leave that for you. I hope that we want the same thing for there is nothing more that I would love than to be loved by you and to be one big happy family with the twins and any future children we may have if you wish to have them that is. But I know that I want to keep them safe so I don't think it is okay for me to return just yet. Which brings me to the last issue that I wish to discuss and the main reason that I can't come back yet: Dumbledore. I have a idea on how to get to him. The Ministry is nowhere near on Dumbledore's side due to the fact that Fudge is paranoid that Dumbledore is trying to overthrow him and take over. I would get in touch with him on the matter of my upbringing and also get in touch with Rita Skeeter. I know that Rita always bends the truth but tell her that if she doesn't print anything but the truth her little bug secret will be front page news for the afternoon post than the month long front page issues she could come out with information you are willing to provide. Tell them to go talk to my relatives and under no circumstances are you allowed to harm, maim, or kill them. They need to be alive in order for all the information they have to come out into the open. Take Severus with you he will be able to keep you in line, better yet take Lucius Malfoy with you as well just incase. They live at number four Privet Drive little Whinging in Surrey. There is another thing as well I enclosed with the letter a picture its of the twins I thought you would like to see at least what they look like. Hedwig will stay if you wish to send a letter back or if you want send it with Severus. I care for you a lot so try not to get yourself arrested or killed before we can see each other again okay. Please.

I couldn't believe it I quickly looked back into the envelope and sure enough there was the photo. I pulled it out my hands shaking so badly I almost dropped it twice before I was able to see what it contained. The twins were in a crib and I could instantly tell that what Harry had written to be true for I could see the red eyes on one that I could almost assume was Perseus and the green eyes on the other for Orion. They were both in baby blue jumpers and Perseus was holding a black cat with green eyes and Orion was chewing on a snake with red eyes. I collapsed into my chair and did not realize I had started crying. I handed Lucius and Severus the letter and let them read it. Severus knowing most of it was the first to finish while Lucius took a bit longer. They both got up and started heading toward the door.

"Tom I believe you need a moment together yourself together before proceeding so we will leave you for a moment. But during that time me and Severus are going to gather Fudge and Rita as well as Amelia Bones we believe if Harry thinks this information that his relatives hold is so incriminating we will need her. " Lucius said as he gathered his cane and outer robe.

"Also I will stop by my own manor to gather some veritaserum because if they are as bad as I think they won't give it up so easily." Severus stated also gathering his things. I nodded just staring at the photograph in my hands.

'Soon' I thought determination coming forth. 'Soon we will be a family and no one will be able to get in our way.'
