"I feel ridiculous," muttered Dean, pain lacing his words. "Can't you just do it?"

"No. There're too many. You'll be much happier if a doc in the ER handles this." Sam helped Dean slide out of the backseat of the Impala where he'd been laying on his belly.

"Stupid ghost."

Sam guided his brother into the ER and to the check-in desk. "My brother—he's got like hundreds of cactus spines in his back and…uhh…butt.

"Have a seat over there. Fill these out."

"You're kidding—he can't exactly sit."

She sighed dramatically. "I'll see if I can find a gurney."
