Ezra glanced at Chris' whitened knuckles. "One would suspect that you did not trust mah driving skills, Mistah Larabee."
"Just get us there," Chris growled.
Ezra shaved off a fifteen minute drive in five. His dizzy passengers eagerly piled out upon arrival.
"Damn, Ez!" Buck exclaimed. "We oughta have you drive every getaway!"
"Ah promised y'all we would arrive on time, and Ah take all mah responsibilities seriously." He grimaced at JD's lost lunch.
"Come on!" Vin commanded. "Shrek's about to start!"
"Who's going to see Shrek?" Buck asked.
"Yeah, we're going for Puss in Boots!"
Ezra flashed his gold tooth, purring, "Indeed."
