Chapter 1: Hecate's Gift

The Sea God was very happy that day. His first son in sixty years was born! " I think I shall throw a party with Hecate and Janus and some other minor Gods so they do not tell Zeus." thought Poseidon, "He will kill my Percy before he can walk."

Later that day at the party...

Hecate was standing over the baby boy, Percy, wanting to give him a gift. She made sure that no one was looking and she said, " Young Percy, I give you the gift of magic."

Then without warning someone screamed! Hecate rushed into the other room to see Poseidon crying. " Hecate, Zeus killed Sally thinking that Percy was with her! Who could take care of little Percy know?" said a sobbing Poseidon.

" I think I know the perfect home for him" said Hecate, "With the Potters."

That was a really short chapter. I know but I wanted to get this idea started. Plz reveiw!
