Remus Lupin was talented in many ways; Tonks couldn't help but notice as she watched him playing the piano softly next to Teddy's crib.

She was curled up in bed, tapping her fingers on her knee as his fingers danced across the keys. He was in a world of his own; a world where there was no war, a world where he wasn't alienated, a world where there was just him, just him and his piano. Just Remus and the music rolling off his fingertips.

Teddy had stopped crying, as he always did when Remus played on of his lullabies. Quietly, he lowered the lid, sneaking past the sleeping child to where she lay.

"Beautiful." She murmured dreamily, pulling him closer as he climbed under the covers.

" You are." He whispered, kissing her bright pink hair, humming her lullaby.
