Hi everyone ^^

Just another little drabble that I wrote for onepieceyaoi100. I thought it was pretty cute. I like how this came out even if this is my first time writing Usopp. Well in a yaoi pairing anyway hehe. Oh and a small note might be a bit spoilerish if you're not up to date on the manga. Well this would be longer, but I'm sleepy lol. Anyway as usual I don't own One Piece Oda-sensei does. Now let's begin.

One Piece

Realizations

To most people Monkey D. Luffy was probably the dumbest captain in the sea. He was over the craziest crew in the sea. Grandson of the equally crazy Monkey D. Garp, son of the infamous revolutionary leader Monkey D. Dragon, and brother of the late Portgas D. Ace. Although he was crazy to others, he was very sharp to his crew and family, especially to Usopp. He watched as Luffy helped different couples discover their feelings for each other. If Luffy didn't hide one of Robin's books in Franky's workshop, they would have never told each other their true feelings.

Luffy helped Zoro and Sanji out the same way. If Luffy didn't hide one of Sanji's expensive bottles of wine in Zoro's bed, they wouldn't have the argument that resulted in the beginning of their relationship. Luffy also helped his nakama understand each other. Usopp didn't know if Luffy hiding Nami's map in Brooke's stand was accidental or not, but his playing caused Nami and Brooke to become closer. He did the same thing for Chopper and Brooke. If Luffy didn't leave one of Brooke's music sheets in Chopper's office, Chopper's music lessons wouldn't have started.

Usopp noticed everything, but when Luffy helped him. If Luffy didn't ask to help Usopp with his bullets then he wouldn't be nervous enough to trip over his feet. He wouldn't have fell on Luffy. If he didn't fall on Luffy then they wouldn't have kissed. Usopp didn't expect Luffy to kiss back, but he wasn't complaining either. Later on Luffy told him he knew about his feelings. He just wanted to tell him he felt the same in his own way.

As Usopp snuggled against Luffy he realized, his dumb captain had a very sharp mind.
