Max walked quickly, carrying the pizza plate in one hand and the bottle of hot sauce in the other hand.

Total trotted along behind her. His front paw landed on the back of her overlong pants and she fell forward. Total ran away. Fast.

"What?" he said, coming into the room.

"Total tripped me!"

"I was wearing your pants and he stepped on the back and I fell!"
