Prologue

I ran up the stairs and locked the door. I knew it was not enough. I heard a loud bang and his name, "Bella, I know you are in there. Come out and I won't hurt you I promise." I knew he was lying, so I stayed silent and did not even dare to breathe. I looked around for a way to escape and saw a window. I checked to see if the door was locked and it was all clear; as silently as I could I went across the room and started to open the window. Suddenly I heard a large bang as the door came crashing down, I screamed and tried to jump, but a strong pair of arms warped around my waist, he whispered in my ear' "You can't run from me" and suddenly everything went black…
