A poem in honor of Furude Rika, who travelled through a million worlds to find a happy ending.

I have thrived this path a thousand times.
And I have yet to see the end.

This path full of sorrow
That no one else has ever walked
This path I have followed a thousand times
This path I have failed to see to the end a thousand times

Will I ever see the end of this path?

No matter how many times I thrive
There is always something missing
Is it love? Is it life?
Could it be trust? Could it be courage?

Is it something I could never hope to have?
Could it be something that has been waiting there for me to find?
Could it be something that has been eluding me forever?

I have thrived this path yet again
I was unable to see the end
But now I can imagine it
I now realize what was missing
In those first thousand times

It was love, courage, life and trust

Now I can follow this path
And truly attempt to achieve that which I aim for
For I know that even if it takes another thousand times to see it
I shall see the end of this path
