Dean growled. "Stay on your side."

"I am on my side. And so are you."

Dean grumbled as he scooted over, dragging most of the blanket with him.

"Dean!" Sam snatched it back.

Dean swung his leg back, kicking a heel into Sam's shin with a smirk.

Sam grinned at the situation despite the pain. "Are you embarrassed?"

"Shut up!"

Sam woke up with his feet cold and his arm numb. A quick glance around quickly confirmed Sam's suspicion: The blanket had been kicked over to Dean's side of the bed.

Sam reached over with his right to grab back the blanket when he noticed the weight on his numb arm - Dean was using it as a pillow.

"Uh... Dean?" Sam whispered.

Dean muttered in his sleep and curled in closer, pressing his back to Sam's side.

Sam bit his lip and tried for the blanket again.

Dean stirred. "Sam, if you want it," Dean mumbled, untangling their legs - Sam hadn't noticed that either - and tossed the blanket over them, "ask."
