Epilogue for then you stand.

Draco set the box down with a sigh, and rubbed his sleeve over the back of his forehead. Teddy was spinning in circles in the drawing room, and the windows and front door were open to the soft summer breeze. He'd been out of the hospital for about four months and was back up to his proper weight. The only lasting changes from his brief foray into semi-sanity were his long hair, and Harry, who was busily moving boxes along with Draco. The birds were chirping, and Draco could hear Teddy and Hermione laughing in the next room.

The radio was off.

Harry dropped another box down on top of the one Draco had set down, and wrapped his arms around Draco's waist, pressing a kiss to his neck.

"I saw that." Hermione teased, poking Harry in the side, walking with that belly first way of all pregnant women, helping unpack the boxes as they were brought in.

Harry just stuck his tongue out at her and kissed Draco on the cheek again. Draco smiled broadly, turning and pressing a kiss firmly to Harry's mouth.

"Come on, you great sweaty oaf. We've got more boxes to get." Draco quipped, heading unshrinking another box from the small pile on the lawn and levitating it into the house.

Harry pulled his shirt up and rubbed some of the sweat out of his eyes, revealing his flat corrugated stomach. Draco's heart flipped, and he bit his lip, smiling a little.

Harry caught him looking and smiled, eyes full of promise.

They finished the boxes in record time, and shooed Hermione and Ron off with Teddy for the night. They hadn't had sex yet. Draco was terrified that he wouldn't be able to. That he would see Greyback looming over him, feel that scabby mouth when he should be feeling Harry's. They had the drapes open in Draco's room, and they lay on the bed facing each other. Harry's glasses were off, but Draco was close enough for him to see so his eyes were focused. They kissed slowly, languidly, and Draco's heart raced, his stomach tightening. Clothes were removed with equal languidness, nothing to fast, and always with a look of questioning from Harry.

He waited for the terror and instead only felt the soft chap of Harry's mouth hot on his chest, his breath sweet, his hands slightly calloused, feeling amazing on his skin. Harry's tongue laved at a nipple and Draco arched into, fisting his hands into his hair, moaning in the back of his throat. They moved steadily, until Harry was on his arms up over Draco, face questioning, hips between Draco's thighs, and it was suddenly all that Draco had ever wanted in the entire world. He arched his hips up to meet Harry's and the floated away in a stream of bliss and rocking bodies.

Draco woke slightly sore, but so blissfully happy that he felt like his chest couldn't contain it, that he would burst from the sheer joy. Harry's face was nuzzled between his shoulder and his neck, his breath tickling with each inhale and exhale. Draco could hear birds chirping in the silence. And it was peaceful.

Draco rolled over, and pressed his mouth to Harry's chest, and woke him up by seating himself down upon him and rocking his hips.

They had breakfast a little while later with Hermione and Ron. They were chatting happily about the nursery, and Hermione was asking for tips on decorating from Draco.

"No! Everything pink would be a garish eyesore! And what about the next, oh, fifteen children you both will spawn? You need things that are reusable!" Draco replied vehemently, waving a forkful of French toast to prove his point.

"Garish!" Teddy quipped, clapping his hands. Draco promptly melted.

"Oh! Who's my smart boy? Yes, garish that's right!" he cooed, ruffling Teddy's hair. Harry promptly choked on his juice in laughter and snorted it out of his nose, causing Draco and Teddy to dissolve into helpless laughter, Draco clapping his hand on Harry's back somewhat uselessly.

"He's going to turn Teddy into a little clone, isn't he?" Ron asked, smiling wryly. "We'll get a three day rant on the reasons why our bedroom isn't decorated right."

"As well you should." Draco stated dryly.

"Well you should!" Teddy repeated, waving his toddler fork around. His hair had settled on Harry's pitch black with blue highlights in the sun and Draco's ice pale grey eyes.

Harry finally seemed to recover, blowing his nose and breathing heavily.

"You alright?" Draco asked, pushing Harry's fringe out of his face.

'Yeah. Thanks for all the help." He replied sarcastically.

"Oh, you're fine." Draco replied, kissing his cheek. Hermione laughed and rubbed her belly.

"Are you coming to the baby shower tomorrow, Draco?" She asked, looking up hopefully. Draco felt a little fear at the thought of being in the house he'd insulted so many times as a child, but nodded anyway.

"If I don't go, who will have the best gift? Millie? Not going to be topped." he quipped, smiling when he felt Harry's hand land on his thigh.

They spent the rest of the day chasing Teddy around, and kissing when the toddler wasn't looking, then chasing after him again when he got into something he didn't need to get into. After Teddy was in bed Draco went and check The Door, the one room he still wasn't able to open up, and made sure it was locked tight.

"Draco?" Harry asked, making Draco jump a foot into the air and cover a small scream with his hands. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." he wrapped his arms around Draco's waist from behind, and propped his chin on Draco's shoulder.

"What are you doing down here?"

"I wanted to see what you were doing. What's in here that you have enough spells to rival Gringotts?"

Draco stiffened, clenching his jaw, unable to breathe. He hadn't had the courage to tell Harry yet. Harry's head turned toward him, before he stepped back and wrapped his hands over Draco's shoulders, resting their foreheads together.

"Whatever it is, you can tell me."

"I…" Draco choked, before taking a deep breath, and letting the words spill out, telling him all the same things he'd told Millie in the hospital. Harry had stayed stock still for the entire encounter, and then he'd spun off and run outside. Draco stood stock still, tears trailing down his face. He fell into a sit on the floor, pulling his knees to his chest and burying his face into them to muffle his sobs. He knew he shouldn't have told him. Who on earth would want Greyback's leftovers?

"Draco, baby, please don't cry." Harry muttered, and Draco's head snapped up. Harry ran a hand through Draco's hair, like he had a million time, petting it back from his face before kissing him softly.

"What--?" Draco muttered before Harry silenced him with another kiss.

"Magic overload. I didn't want to rattle the furniture." Harry replied. Draco creased his brow, remembering the tables shaking and breaking his radio because Harry had been furious.

"Are…are you angry at me?" he asked in a small voice.

"Yeah. I always come and kiss people I'm mad at. Common practice." Harry rolled his eyes. Draco really was a bad influence on him. "No, I'm not mad at you. I both understand and don't understand why you didn't tell me, but I'm not mad at you."

"I… I…" Draco'd thoughts wouldn't form coherent words. Harry just sighed and pulled Draco forward, wrapping him in a hug.

"It's alright." Harry murmured, and this time, Draco didn't just believe him, he knew it was true. Felt it bone deep in his marrow.

"You know something, Harry?" Draco asked. Harry gave him a confused look, tilting his head to the side. "I love you."

Harry's eyes widened, and his jaw dropped, before it spread into such an overjoyed expression that it should have lit the entire house. He scooped Draco up, grunting a little, since Draco was not nearly as light as he used to be, and carried him to the bed. And proceeded to show him just how much he loved him back.

Draco stood shifting apprehensively from foot to foot in front of the door to the burrow. Ron opened the door and ushered them in, clapping a hand on Draco's back like he always did: with good intentions but too much force, making Draco wince and stumble a little.

The house was packed with people. There were redheads in every direction, and a rather confused looking couple eyeing that seemed to be Hermione's parents.

"Harry!" Molly grinned, coming up and hugging him and kissing both cheeks before turning to Draco. "I thought you said he'd gained all the weight back?"

Draco stared wide eyed at her for a moment before Harry laughed.

"He did!" He replied, hefting Teddy up onto one hip to keep the child from wandering into the fray.

"Oh! Goodness me! You much have been half dead! Well, we'll get you fattened up in no time, don't you worry. Have you and Harry thought about children yet? Teddy could use a younger sibling." She stated, hugging him and leading him to the food.

"Don't start harping about grandbabies! You've got ten! And one on the way!" Ron intervened, kissing his mum on the cheek.

"Ten is no where near enough." She replied conspiratorially, patting a running redheaded little boy on the head. Draco found himself smiling, and wondering if his mother would have been like this someday, harping about grandbabies and laughing with a group of Weasleys.

"Hey!" Millie called, trying to maneuver around with her giant pregnant belly.

"How are you doing?" Draco asked, trying to hug her around her belly.

"Oh, I'm exhausted and I feel like I'm going to pop! How are you?"

"Good." he smiled at Harry, who was bouncing Teddy and two other children, one a platinum blond girl and yet another redhead on his knees, much to their enjoyment. "I told him."

"Oh? Well, good! I'm happy for you." She grinned, her eyes crinkling in that old familiar way. "Has Molly started harping on you about grandbabies yet?"

"Yes!" he laughed. "about the third thing out of her mouth!"

"She'll get you to cave eventually." Millie smiled, rubbing her belly before grabbing Draco's hand and pressing it to it just in time for him for feel a solid thump on the palm of his hand. "they wanted to say 'hi uncle Draco!'"

Draco laughed, and the rest of the baby shower went on, everyone oohing and aahing, amid squeals of 'that's adorable'.

"She didn't harp on you too bad about grandchildren did she?" Harry asked, wrapping arms around his waist and pressing a kiss to his neck.

"No. she's been great. Except I feel like I might explode if I ever eat another bite."

"She has that effect on people." Harry laughed, and Draco turned and kissed him softly, patting his hands and laughing when teddy ran up holding his arms out.

"Me too!"

He hefted the toddler up and pressed a multitude of kisses to his cheek, making him giggle loudly. Harry smiled and kissed teddy's other cheek before pressing a kiss to Draco's ear before whispering in it. "You know something, Draco? I love you."
