Author's Note: As a Creddie shipper, I loved Monday's episode. I haven't written for the show in months, but iSaved Your Life inspired me.

Years later, when they're about to graduate from college, Freddie thinks about the time he saved Carly's life from the taco truck.

Carly's thinking about too. This time, she knows she's in love with him, and not just for saving her life. Carly is ready to be with Freddie.

"Can we talk?" Carly asks him. Sam's off somewhere looking for food, and she's dragged an unwitting Gibby and Spencer along with her.

"Of course we can, Carls," Freddie answers. He has no clue what she wants to talk about, but he is pretty hopeful.

The two head over to a private area. No one is even around them. "You remember that time you saved me from the taco truck?" Carly questions.

"Of course I remember. How could I ever forget that?" Now Freddie has a really good feeling about this conversation.

Carly smiles at him. "I'm ready, Freddie. For real this time. I'm in love with you. I think I always have been," she admits, giggling. She has no clue why she can't stop laughing.

Freddie can't contain his smiles. "I love you too, Carly Shay." He smiles again and decides to just go for it. Freddie kisses Carly.

"That was nice," she whispers after the kiss ends. Carly can't believe she is actually dating Freddie now. It's a pretty amazing feeling.

"I always held out hope this would happen. I just didn't think it'd be now," Freddie tells her. He's so happy.

"Today was awesome. I graduated from college and got a boyfriend." Carly loves calling Freddie her boyfriend. It makes her happy.

"It is a pretty good day so far, Miss Shay." Freddie kisses her again. He can't help it.

"Let's go find Sam, my brother, and Gibby," Carly decides.

"What do you want to do after that?" questions Freddie.

Carly laughs. "We have the rest of our lives to think about what we're going to do next." She really believes that. She's going to marry this man.

"Very true. Now let's go find everyone." Freddie grabs her hand, and the two head off to look for Sam, Gibby, and Spencer.

Two years later, Freddie proposes to Carly in the spot where he became a hero and saved her from the taco truck. She accepts.

Seven months after that, the two marry in the loft where iCarly was filmed. Sam was the maid-of-honor and Spencer the best man.

Years later, Freddie and Carly will tell their four sons about the day that set their relationship in motion – When he stepped in front of a taco truck to save his future wife. Of course, no one had any idea at the time what would transpire afterwards.

It's a story told many times, with occasional commentary by Sam and Spencer. Both of them just try to make the Benson kids laugh, however. Carly and Freddie's version (the real version) is more romantic, which grosses their sons out.

It's hard to believe that one day changed everything for Carly and Freddie.
