Author's note: I am a lazy writer and an uncreative one at that. Forgive me. It has been two years since my last inspiration for this story.
I had to rely on Wikipedia for the characteristics of the characters. Off course Gleed will be out of character. Have you seen a woman, real or not, stick to her own characteristics?
Gleed opened her eyes to gaze at an unfamiliar ceiling; if you really call that a ceiling. Said part of the room was black, painted with different hues of blue and white. Spirals and points were seen. To someone who could read the stars like the Aquarian, she had deduced that she was staring at the galaxy.
"Hello, Miss Gleed," an unfamiliar voice greeted.
The Aquarian stood up, moving into a defensive position. "Show yourself," she growled.
"Why? It is better that I do not."
"Coward," she spat before straightening her figure and roaming around the chamber, trying very hard to identify where she was. At some point, she found the exit but could not get out of the room. Whenever she steps out, she finds herself walking back in. The windows were the same, jumping off and still could not get out. After some time of trial and error, the female could not take it anymore. "Let me out!" she screamed.
"You can't."
"Freezing coffin!"
The detached voice laughed. "I would not do that if I were you," it warned in a mischievous way. There was a pause then he added, "Look down, Lady."
Having no choice but to comply, the gold saint stared at her figure, her naked figure. A shriek escaped her lips then an oath in Russian. She got to her knees, desperately covering her nether regions. Behind her, shadows were already forming.
Hypnos chuckled as he moved his knight in place of his opponent's bishop. "Check," he muttered, adjusting his position on his chair.
"Something amusing, brother?" his black haired sibling questioned. The god of death moved his king towards his queen. "Where have you disappeared after the party was over? Hades-sama was looking for you."
The god of sleep gave a sly smile. "I was working that night, brother," he stated before moving another piece.
Thanatos' eyes glanced behind his brother then at the floor. He mimicked Hypnos' smile. "You are with the lady that the Scorpio saint invited," he deduced. "A powerful being at that."
"You have a very keen sense," he praised. "How do you know that?"
The god pointed above them then at the floor, his eyes never leaving his sibling. The blonde stares at what the black haired man was pointing at.
Ice was already forming inside the room, slowly covering every material it touched. Its cold tendrils crept towards their area, turning their chairs into popsicles. With a startled oath, Hypnos stood up and moved away from the creeping ice. Thanatos did the same but slid on the frozen surface. "Excuse me, brother," Hypnos stated, bowing to his sibling before rushing towards his room.
The black haired young man chuckled before moving towards his own temple. He was not going to interfere with whatever Hypnos was up to nor he ever wished to know
Inside the room, Gleed was tossing and turning on an oversized bed. Whimpers escaped her pink lips once in a while. The blonde sat next to her sleeping form and ghosted his arm on her cheeks, watching as her terrified expression turned into a solemn one. He had seized her dreams, cancelling all her nightmares. "Miss Gleed," he stated softly.
Purple eyes snapped open, grabbing what she thought was the figure attacking her. "You!" she growled, grabbing the neckline of Hypnos' armor and yanking him to her eye level.
The blonde gave a seductive smile but that was completely washed away when the female, his prey, did the unexpected. She hugged him. Not a bear hug, mind you, but an embrace; like someone who have missed her lover for so long. "G-gleed," the god gasped. He was not counting on this. He was sure that the female was going to claw his eyes out when she wakes up but this… this was the last thing that popped in his mind.
"They're terrible," the Aquarian hiccupped. The female then stared at her companion. Violet eyes starting to water, cheeks as pink as carnations, hair framing the face in a way that is messy and at the same time pretty… for someone who is temporarily female, she did an impossible thing for a woman to do.
For the second time for the past five minutes, Hypnos was completely taken off guard. Gleed~no, Degel of Aquarius, the most intelligent saint in Athena's army, the person who is known to be the ice king, the saint whose façade is nearly impossible to crack, is crying in front of her enemy. He could not express the things he was feeling right now.
"They were touching different places," she related, tightening her hold on the god. She poured her built up frustration on her state right now. No use hiding it in. Something inside her wants to cry her eyes out while pain slowly seeped through her lower back.
Hypnos removed himself from the female's embrace. He stepped back from Gleed and watched her wearily, thinking that it might be a trap. Gleed, on the other hand, has tackled the male on the floor, burying her face between the spot where the god's skin could be seen. This was a Saint, his enemy. He could have ravaged and killed her for touching him but something funny was boiling inside his stomach. Feeling like he needs to protect something, Hypnos finally gave in and dismissed his Splice. Hesitantly, he moved his hands on the Aquarian in a form of an awkward embrace. "Miss Gleed," he cooed.
"I don't want this anymore," she whispered, resting her head on his chest. "The more I'm stuck in this body, the more traumatized I am," she admitted, her muffled voice being incoherent for the god.
"Degel of Aquarius," he called out, blushing at the sight of the male instead of the female. "Uh," he started.
"What's going in here?" Pandora shrieked before kicking the door down and staring at the beings on the floor. "Am I interrupting something here?" she demanded, disgust and amusement in her voice..
Gleed wiped the salty tears from her cheeks before sitting up and glaring weakly at the sister of the god of the underworld. "No."
Pandora raised a brow before the scent of blood, though weak, hit her. She opened her mouth to say something but no sound came out. When all else failed, she grabbed the green haired female harshly and dragged her towards her room.
The green haired beauty did not even try to yank her throbbing hand. She just kept quiet as Pandora yelled commands to her subordinates. Once on the black haired female's room, Gleed was forced to sit on one of the ornate chairs. Her tears had dried up but the pain in her lower back was excruciating.
"Tell me, Gleed," Pandora started. She sat across the other female and crossed her legs. "Degel," she corrected, her cool eyes meeting puffy ones.
Gleed waited for the older one to continue.
"You are having your period," she announced. "You do know what that means."
That explained her mood swings, Gleed thought before frowning and crossing her arms, mimicking the prideful woman across her. She still kept quiet.
A sigh escaped the black haired beauty. "For a male, you are dealing with it rather normally," she smirked.
"Does crying my eyes out be normal," Gleed shot back, irritation boiling within.
"Yes."
"How do I stop the pain?" the green haired woman demanded.
"Water therapy. Place a hot water bag on your waist and sleep through it." She stood and walked to the door, taking the items needed from whoever it is and slammed the door shut. "Here, change into this," she instructed.
Gleed stared at the black dress and a few things that she knew would help with the bleeding. "Um, could you help me with these," she requested.
Pandora complied as the two entered the bathroom. Much to Gleed's embarrassment, she had to do whatever the other told her. The green haired female closed her eyes as she started to clean her. . . a whimper escaped her lips. Once done, the two again moved to the chairs.
Their conversation moved from menstrual cycle into topics that Gleed was not very comfortable about. "Who is it?" Pandora asked out of curiosity. She already heard that Valentine, Kagaho, and one of the judges were trying to get inside her pants. Even the night before was an interesting event.
Violet eyes blinked as she tried to process the statement. Her face turned red. "No one," she mumbled, staring at the black dress she was wearing.
Pandora snorted. "I know that there are many males that would coincide with your nature~!"
"Pandora-sama, I need u~!" Wyvern blinked in surprise. To think that the ice queen of hell would be talking to the person that made Garuda all gaga. True that it was a time of peace but this is ridiculous. He straightened and elegantly bowed to the ladies. "Lady Gleed," he greeted with awe.
Jealousy flashed inside Pandora's eyes as she stood up and gave a nod. "What is your request, Wyvern?" she questioned.
"I-ny- never mind," the spectre muttered before moving out of the chamber. Gleed watched in amusement.
"Do not ever make this an issue," the evil one stated when she saw the green haired angel smile in realization.
Gleed shook her hand as she intertwined her fingers together. "Tell me, Lady Pandora," she started. "Have you any liking to the Spectre Wyvern?"
"I said do not make an issue of this," the evil lady warned. To emphasize on her words, she pointed her staff at her smiling companion.
For reasons unknown to man, Gleed's mind clicked. Mischief was evident on her pale face. "I see," she stated, raising her hands, feigning defeat. "I thought that if you could open up your feelings, I could do the same."
"Keep it to yourself," Pandora snapped.
"And if I take your precious Spectre away from you and take advantage of him?"
The reply Gleed got was a dark ball hurling across the room. The female dodged the attack and landed safely on the ground. She raised her hands, once again, in surrender.
"You are more irritating as a woman than your former self!" Pandora yelled.
The green haired female completely forgot that she was previously male. Irritation bubbled inside of her as she shot imaginary daggers at her savior. "Then do something about it!" she yelled back.
Both blinked in surprise as realization kicked in. "You still do not know how to remove the spell?" the black haired magician asked carefully. She made a face of confusion.
"If I knew, I would have done it a day before," the Aquarian replied, crossing her arms over her bust.
Uncertainty flashed in Pandora's face. "You just need to…" she doesn't know how to break the news to her companion. "Well, you have too…"
"Spit it out, Lady Pandora," Gleed urged. Her eyes then narrowed in suspicion. "Why do you know about the spell?"
"I created that potion, Aquarius," Pandora admitted. "I gave it to Aries Shion so we could test its effects."
Gleed's cold cosmo enveloped the room. She stared at the black haired beauty before sighing. There was no use in anger in this situation. "How can I turn back to normal, Lady?"
Pandora stepped closer to the Aquarian and whispered what Gleed had to do. The green haired female stepped back, disbelief written all over her face. "Are you kidding me?" Her face was as red as tomatoes.
Her companion, who was also blushing, nodded solemnly.
"Why would you create such~!"
"I don't know," the other one replied. "I was bored at that time!" Her black eyes then stared at violet ones. "Though you won't have a hard time in going back to normal. You just have to wait for a week."
"Why?" Gleed repeated, disgust and anger in her voice. "Why would you do this?"
"Look on the bright side, Aquarius. Just pick the best mate."
Gleed wanted to freeze her companion and cry her eyes out.
You all know what Pandora is implying here. And I have the perfect one for the final chapter. Though most of you won't believe it XD…
What pairing is next?
