Hey guys! This is my first fanfic (Don't press the red X… DON'T!!!) and I'm glad I finally got over my writers block (A lack of motivation) and got my ass, pardon my language, out of bed. Please review, it will give me more motivation to (get my ass out of bed?) write. When my kitten stops pulling on my hair, the story will start.

Okay on to the story!

Emmett's POV

Please, oh please, when will this ever end?! Esme literally DRAGGED us all out to pick out a Christmas tree, and here we are now, picking out a Christmas tree when we don't even really celebrate Christmas! I wished we did though, I love presents, especially when they are huge monster trucks!

"Ugh… Can we please go now?!" I asked Esme, who was checking every single spot on the Christmas trees.

"Too slim." She sighed and went to the next one, "Too bulky."

I can't believe Carlisle is actually going along with this! Rosalie told me the day before today that getting Christmas trees is "totally uncool". Oh no! Edward is reading my thoughts again, I should totally go beat him up; atleast it will be SOMETHING fun to do!

FINALLY! Esme picked the perfect tree, wait, what am I saying, trees suck!

After she got done paying the person-who-sells-dah-trees she made me carry it! Why would I wanna carry the tree?!

:-:-:-:

Carlisle's POV

I loved watching Esme, my angel, decorate the Christmas tree. She seems to be able to figure out the best places for each ornament. We really need to celebrate Christmas more often… NO! Esme is not the only reason why we should celebrate it! Somewhere in the house, Edward chuckled at my thoughts.

"Carlisle?" Esme's voice snapped me right out of my thoughts.

"Yes, dear?" I asked her, putting on my best innocent look.

"Would you like to give me a hand putting up the children's ornaments?"

"Alright," I picked up the shiny silver wolf ornament from the red box on our coffee table, "Jacob's and Renesmee's ornament." (Sorry to interrupt the story, but I really don't like Jacob and Renesmee together… But, oh well.) I said to myself out loud, placing it on an unoccupied branch.

She did the same with Alice's ornament, a miniature crystal ball.

I really did like Alice's ornament she picked out, it fit her really well… The next ornament I placed on the tree was a golden piano, Edwards, of course. He really did like his music, didn't he?

"These are all so beautiful..." Esme commented, as she picked up Bella's ornament, a see-through glass ball with a small shield inside it.

Every movement, every touch she makes, is graceful. I love her so much; there are no words to even show how much I do.

"Yes, you are." Whoops.

"Excuse me?" She stopped what she was doing and looked at me with a hint of playfulness hidden in her eyes.

"I mean… uh… Yes, yes they are." I stuttered, trying to find a good lie for messing up, I really don't want to tell her I've been thinking about her, or do I?

She let out a playful giggle, which sounds like the most beautiful thing in the world, "Dr. Cullen," she began, letting out another giggle while trying to keep a straight face, "You should really keep your eyes to yourself and pay attention."

Oh no, I must have been watching her the whole time.

I managed to look away from the oh-so-beautiful and examine the tree.

"Ah, it's finished." I realized, taking a step back to get a better look at it.

She giggled for the 3rd time today which made me curious, "What's funny?"

"You are very unobservant when your attention is elsewhere, Carlisle." Hardly even a second after she said that, I pulled her into a deep kiss that I've wanted all day.
