HEY! Never thought i'd write a Zelda Fanfiction. This one's about that oh so helpful fairy from Ocarina of Time, Navi.

"HEY!"

Link looked up away from his fishing pole. He wished the fairy would be quiet while he was fishing. He wished the fairy would quit bothering him every 30 seconds. And dear goddesses he wished she would stop suggesting they go to Death Mountain. HE DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO DEATH MOUNTAIN!

"HEY!" she yelled again like she was trying to annoy him. He looked at her.

"LISTEN!" she bounced around in the air "LET'S GO TO DEATH MOUNTAIN! SHEIK IS THERE!"

Link looked back at his fishing pole and ignored the fairy. Everyone deserves a day off...

Just then his sharp eyes noticed movement in the water and he could see a fish headed toward his baited hook. Link held extremely still. He hadn't gotten a bite all day and could already taste the roasted fish.

Just as the fish approached the last few inches between it's self and the hook, "WATCH OUT!" Navi screamed. Several things happened at once: The fish swam away in the blink of an eye, Link jumped from the shout and dropped his fishing pole into Lake Hylia where it sunk, and the crow that Navi had shouted about had swooped down and pecked Link on the head with a "CAWWWW!"

Link held his head in pain and frustration.

"HEY!" Navi yelped, "WE SHOULD GO TO DEATH MOUNTAIN NOW!"

Link held back tears and pulled out his Ocarina.
