Leaving the shed I found everything to be in sharper focus. A could see farther than before and even though the sun was down it might as well have been the middle of the day for all a could see. The only difference was the blue tinge that every thing seemed to have.
Jagger slipped his arm around my waist, and I felt a tiny fluttering in my chest. I quickly shook it off, I should not be enjoying his arm around me, he is my enemy!
With all that's happened I still couldn't help but think about Alexander. He left with no trace, but I am still going to find him. I have to, he is my gothic soulmate after all.
Which is why Jagger's arm is even more wrong. I gently pushed it away.
"Ow! That hurt." Exclaimed Jagger. At least I had thought I had did it gently.
"Sorry. It's just all so new to me. What's that smell? I like it." I turned my head towards Luna waiting while she sniffed the air.
"That's just the grass. You'll get used to the heightened senses. And strength." She smiled at her brother.
"Okay. So where are we going?" I looked around as if the answer would jump out at me.
"We are taking you to get your first coffin. You cant keep sleeping in that nasty shed." Jagger smiled at me sweetly. He was acting like going coffin shopping was the most normal thing in the world. Though I had to admit, I was getting excited. My very own coffin!
Now I will truly be a ruler of the night.
