I'm dying. I know I am. The virus that '456' released is working it's way though my body. I slump to the floor and Jack catches me. He says that I can't leave him. I don't want to. Not before I say what I really feel.

"I love you." I say, and then I close my eyes, and there's darkness all around. I can no longer feel the warmth that usually emits from Jack's body. Off in the distance there is a bright, white light. It's so pure that I start to cry. I see Owen, Tosh, and Lisa standing there. They are smiling at me. They open their arms to me, and I start walking towards them.

But then I remember Jack and I stop. My tears increase, as I decide my fate. I smile sadly at my friends, knowing that I will probably not see them again for a very long time, and turn around.

"I'm coming Jack." I whisper to myself, and start walking back the way I came. There is a sudden flash of blinding light again, and suddenly I feel everything. Opening my eyes, I turn my head, and meet astonished blue eyes.

"How?" Jack says, as I sit up on the table I've been placed on. I smile, reaching for him and pulling him close so that I may kiss him so passionately that it makes both our heads spin. I pull his tongue into my mouth, and suck on it. When Jack pulls back, he cups my face and stares at me for a while.

"I came back for you." I say and he starts crying.

"I love you Ianto." He says, and holds me close, and I know that I've come home.
