A/N: I don't know where this idea came to me. I was just thinking that my stories have changed from my personality. I know most people would say this for their years on fan fiction but I've only been on here for a few months and thought my style in writing has changed. I want to re-write all of my stories and make them better. So, here we go.
Title: 'The Apology About Everything'
Couple: Ron Weasley/Hermione Granger
Words:
In the Burrow, Ron Weasley sits, starring out the window. The sun is shining in, warming his freckled face. He is thinking of someone. Who is it, you ask? Why, Hermione Jane Granger is the object of his affection. His best friend. Well, he thinks she is.
He isn't sure. Since his relationship with Lavender Brown, his and Hermione's relationship has been rocky. If Ginny hadn't told me about her kissing Krum; that stupid git, Ron thought angrily.
Ron heard the door to his room open and turned to see his mum, Molly Weasley. She was wearing a tired and slightly scared look on her face.
"Er, Hermione---she's here. Coming up the stairs. Now," Molly said, pointing to the now occupied space behind her.
Ron looked at Hermione, shot out of his seat, shifted nervously from side to side and said, "I thought Harry was coming before her."
"It's not safe for her. She was already a target." She looked back at Hermione, smiled regretfully, and whispered, "I'll leave you two alone."
With that, Molly left the room and closed the door.
"Hello Her---Hermione," Ron stuttered out, mentaly slapping himself for being such an idiot.
"Hi, Ron," Hermione whispered back to him.
Ron knew. Ron knew he had to tell her before it was too late. Before she moved onto someone else after the war, or even died.
"Hermione, I need to tell you something. It's important."
Hermione nodded and then sat on his bed, waiting for him to continue.
Ron paced around his room as he explained, "I love you. I have. For a long time. Probably since first year in Charms. When I called you a nightmare, I was jelous. I was jelous that you, after all of my brothers, could do something bettere than me. In second year when Malfoy called you a... You-Know-What, I was so angry. Then, of course, you had to be petrified. In third year, with Scabbers and Crookshanks. Sorry, okay. During fourth year, when you were with Krum. I hated him. Why? He asked you when I was too lazy to ask first. I wanted to do that. I wanted to tell you how I felt. Fifth year. I guess we were okay. We never wanted to kill each other. With Lavender, that was all an act. I never liked her."
It had taken Hermione a few minuted before she could whisper, "Ron, are you serious?"
"Yes."
"This isn't a joke?"
"No."
With that, they kissed. Their story lives on.
