If there's anyone out there, anyone at all, who has read this story and been disappointed at its sudden, abrupt stop, then I offer you my apologies.

I know they aren't enough. So, I would also like to give you a choice. I can delete this story for evermore, erasing my shame from the chronicles of time as much as I am able. I can simply leave the story here as a monument to my mistakes. I could leave it here, and add a last chapter that gives the bare bones of my plot so at least there is something to give closure. Or, the most risky choice, I can take this story to A03 and rewrite it, chapter by chapter. I cannot promise I'll finish it. I can promise I will try far harder than I did when I was a young, faithless creature.

I'll follow whichever path you, hypothetical reader, choose. And if there is silence, than I shall wait patiently until the silence is broken.
