(A/N) Hey!! Jakie here, incase anyone noticed I really like to write poetry, so here is another movie inspired one. And this one isn't even Twilight!! WOOT WOOT!!....any way if you've read our profile we also love Hugh Jackman and Xmen of course, so i felt that i needed to write something for one of our over fandoms so he it is....takes place at the end of Xmen Origins...(which is amazing!! :) Pretty Please with surgar on top leave me a review!! i like to here form you all!!!

The Silencing if me and my Wolverine

My breathing is shallow,

Empty and hollow.

The pain is growing,

And you remain unknowing.

I call your name sickly,

And you race to me quickly.

I love you, I say

The love and fear in your eyes,

Grows as I utter my goodbyes.

Life is cruel and unforgiving

Life kills us while were still living.

I made yours ever worse

Something you told me was a curse.

Our love was so true,

But I don't deserve someone like you

You take me, weak, in your arms

For one last moment I'm taken by your charms.

You smile at me, and I at you.

In that second, my pain was subdue.

Then like thunder, a shot rang through the air

You fell to your knees and I was left in despair.

Six metal claws pierce your smooth skin,

You charge towards him, and my pain comes again.

More shots ring and echo in the sky,

Then eerie silence follows in reply.

He stands over me, pistol in hand

With one weak touch I issue my last demand.

The devil turns away locked in the trance

I look at you, my wolverine, with one final glance.

A tear falls from my eye

And I look to the morning sky.

My breathing grows shallow

Empty and hollow.

My heart takes it's final beat

Flutters and falls in defeat.

Life is cruel and unforgiving,

And it kills you while your still living.
