Warnings (For this chapter): Character death. Hints of earlier Artemis x Butler. Post Eternity Code. AU. Dark.

Summary: He took one look at him, in his eyes, and that one glance said it all. The boy had finally been broken...by himself. "Why don't I care anymore, Domovoi?" (Character deaths, Hints of slash, slight AU, dark. Chapter made up of several dis ordered dabbles. You have to piece them together.)

"Break me,
I am yours.
Kill me,
I do not feel.
Starve me,
I deserve as such."

"Swans are only beautiful because they are white."
I looked upward, my eyes narrowing have been sitting out here for an hour, no words passing between us,only small glances full of empty meaning passing by as quick as can be. Why that sentence to break such a nice silence?
"I do not understand, Artemis."
"No...of course you don't."

Fairies have the same lay out of emotions as Mud men have. Holly's screaming couldn't have proven it more throughly.
"No, no! Not now, no, no, not him!! Please no!!"

Trolls were bruts.
But they were nothing compared to her at that moment.

Mulch wasn't an emotional person at heart, his feelings, he swore, took souly to the grave.
Yet, standing in front of the coffin, Holly breaking piece by piece besides him, he couldn't help the up wash of tears.

News was never a good thing at the Fowl manor.
But this time, it was worse.
"I'm sorry...she's gone."

Brothers and Sisters don't hate each other.
That's the way it should be.
But Juliet was having a hard time not hating him at this point.
"She would still be alive!!"
If only she knew the truth.

Holly rasied her gun to maxium. It would be unnessisary, she knew, but she hoped it would go through the wall and kill somebody with herself.
She rasied the gun to her head.

"Please."
Your not allowed to love your principals. Not ever. But lust wasn't out.
The moon shine from outside the window.
"Hurt me."

Artemis can't live in depression. He knew he wouldn't be able to.
So, when his father came back from the memorial, he tried his best acting.
He didn't expect hatred from his only father.

He took one look at him, in his eyes, and that one glance said it all. The boy had finally been broken...by himself. "Why don't I care anymore, Domovoi?"
How could he respond to that?
"Artemis...when did you ever really care?"

"Mommy! Mommy! Your back!"
Tiny feet ran to greet a soul memory of Angelina Fowl, the only kind left.
"Yes, Artemis. Now what I'm going to ask you to do is very important."
She looked deep into his eyes. He squirmed slightly at the sight.
"Kill me."

His hands shook. He could feel him loosing his grip on the bars, and reality.
With one last dry sob, he left go, submerging into the vast ocean.

"Hurt me."
That one line haunted his head.
"Hurt me, please."
The need, the need...
"I'm begging you, break me."
And yet that voice was the controller, not the begger.
