Don't Forget the Bubbles

"Okay, Sammy, time for your bath."

"No!"

"C'mon, little guy, don't give Daddy a hard time. You need a bath. You're dirty."

"No-no-no-no-no." The two-year-old plopped on his diapered butt, sticking out his lower lip in a full pout.

John sighed. He was dead tired and didn't need a temper tantrum from his youngest. "How 'bout if Dean takes a bath with you?"

Sammy's eyes brightened. "Dee?"

"Yes, Dee. He'll take a bath with you. Right, Dean?"

His six-year-old scowled but nodded.

Sammy bounced up and began stripping off his own diaper. "Sub-meen, Dee, Sub-meen!"

"Yeah, Sammy, we'll play 'Submarine'."
