Disclaimer: I don't own Death Note, but I do own some particularly unpleasant encounters with spiders….

This is just another dumb drabble, completely for the hell of it.

I apologize for the way it's written, it refused to be written any other way.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Arachnophobia

"Light-kun?"

"…Yes, L?"

"…Nevermind…."

"L, tell me."

"No."

"Why did you even bother me then?"

"…..Is Light-kun afraid of spiders?"

"Why do you ask?"

"Is Light-kun afraid of spiders?!"

"..No…"

"That is good, because there is a large one on Light-kun's shoulder."

"What?!"

"I said,-"

"Get it off!!"

"If Light-kun is not afraid of spiders then why is he shivering?"

"I……just get the damn thing off of me!"

"If Light-kun insists."

"Is..Is it off of me?"

"Yes, Light-kun does not need to be afraid anymore."

"Afraid?! I wasn't afraid! But where did it go?"

"I am not sure, Light-kun. Does it matter?"

"Yes it matters! We need to find it and kill it!"

"Kill it? Why does it deserved to be killed?"

"Because it just does!"

"…Chance of Light-kun being Kira goes up twenty percent."

"What?! Why?!"

"…………………."

"L!"

"Light-kun is cute when he is mad."

"…….I'm going to the kitchen to get a snack.."

"Snack? MMM Yes, cake does sound good. I shall accompany Light-kun."

And with that, the very annoyed Light Yagami, and wickedly smiling L set forth towards the kitchen to find a snack. A few minutes later, a piercing scream came from the kitchen and Light came running out. If anyone would have seen the look on his face, they would have assumed he'd seen someone be brutally murdered right in front of him.

But no, that was not the case.

For L suddenly appeared in the doorway of the kitchen, smiling evilly while dangling a plastic spider in his hands.

This is rich…L thought to himself.

-------------------------------------------------

Well, there you go! I wonder if L will use that plastic spider again?

I love L's evilness in this!

So, funny or not funny? That is the question. And you, the reader, have the answer. Feel free to tell me!
