Disclaimer: I do not own Ghost Hunt

AN: SORRY. I am so sorry I have been away for so long. I am a teacher now and went through some horrible experiences and totally forgot about this. But it started to haunt my dream literally so I am back.

DAY 6 Continued

Aya shook her head as Ku nodded this was all she needed was for the others to start showing up. Glancing up she noticed that the members of SPR minus Lin were still having a bit of a hard time recovering from there shock at seeing the Earth Guardian standing there. They had just barely been able to get use to the look of the small dragon. Ayako was the first to recover as she cleared her throat.

"Well now I guess I must retract that 'pathetic' statement." Ayako said as she let her eyes do a once over of the Earth Guardian, Ku. Aya shook her head as Monk started to bristle at Ayako's admiration. Of all the things that she really could not stand about her shiki it was the fact that they were very attractive and it tended to cause many problems when they would materialize.

"As I was saying…Lin it seems that kitsune are the cause of the other disturbances here. Ku inform the others to look into shrines in the area. I don't need them making an appearance at this moment." Aya stated matter of factly. Ku kneeled on one knee his hand crossed over his chest as he bowed his head, before fading away.

"Ms. Huang now that the entertainment that your shiki has given us is over will you please explain a little more as to why and how you have come to your conclusion." Naru stated as he picked up his black folder and looked up at Aya.

"I believe I already explained. Yet, I will explain again due to the circumstances. As I was in the bath I could feel a disturbance in the energies and then I could smell blood. The water had turned to blood and sitting on the rock was a kitsune. Lin he was in pain." Aya stated as she looked to Lin. Standing from his laptop Lin walked over and put his hands on Aya's shoulders.

"Aya calm down your shaking."

"But Lin he was in pain. I have never seen a kitsune in pain." Covering her face Aya continued, "I have never seen such an amazing creature in so much pain. It's in so much pain it is going berserk. It's whole being is being polluted."

Without realizing it Aya had started to cry, shaking his head Lin gathered her into his arms and held her. Aya had always been sensitives to spirit guardians. He could only say that this was because of the fact that her shiki were much the same.

"Aya calm down. Let it go. We will solve this and the spirit guardians will be free of pain." Looking over Lin called out. "Shina take her to her room to calm down."

Nodding Shina walked over to her mentor and guided her out of the room. Lin sank down into his chair pushing his hand through his hair. Noticing everyone's eyes on him he looked up. "What?"

"Nothin' just not like you to go being all mushy on us Lin." Monk stated stiffly. He still seemed disgruntled by Ayako's earlier actions.

"It's not like that. Aya has always had a fear over spirits going berserk. I believe that its due to her connection with her Earth Guardians and with her being unwell my guess is her emotions are a little more fragile." Scratching his head Lin turned back and went to his laptop to continue to work. Mia felt the tension in the room increasing. Clapping her hands she stood up.

"I will make some tea for everyone." She stated heading off to the kitchen area to make some as she passed Naru she jerked her head in the direction in a 'get over here now' manner. Shaking his head he snapped his black folder shut and followed after her.

"Well now Mia it's not like you to start ordering me around." He stated with a smirk. Shaking her head and letting out an exasperated breath Mia started working on the tea for everyone.

"Um... Sorry it's just the room is so tense and you're the boss and you're the only one that could fix it so I just figured that I would make tea and ask you to …..I dunno assign jobs to everyone um…. Something to break up the tension." It's cute when she rambles and is embarrassed. I will have to make a note of it. Leaning down Naru placed his lips dangerously close to Mia's cheek causing her to catch her breath as her eyes widened. He wouldn't…not here everyone is just on the other side of the screen….. Chuckling Naru smirked before moving to whisper in her ear.

"Mai your rambling. I will take care of things. Oh and lose to scarf your making m..the others hot looking at you." He said with a smile as he moved away. As soon as he was on the other side of the screen he could be heard barking orders. Masako and John were to go speak to Ms. Takahiro to find out the history of how she ended up with the resort and if there was a shrine nearby where the guardian spirits were kitsunes. Ayako and Monk were to take his car to the local hospital and check on the victims, which would hopefully let them fix there issues. Mai's main goal was that all of this would hopefully take everyones minds off of Lin's actions. She really didn't want anyone prying into that closest. She felt it was something that they needed to take care of on their own. Smiling at her clever plan Mai made tea for Naru and Lin and started to take it to them until she remember Naru's last words "Lose the scarf" blushing Mia fought back the urge to yell. That Damn Naru! He knows and wants me embarrassed. Grrrrr Huffing she went out and gave Lin his tea first purposefully ignoring Naru and then sat down on the couch with his tea and began to drink. Naru smirked at her actions and stated the most dreaded words….

"Mai Tea"
